This location is really hit or miss unfortunately. Multiple times I’ve been given my order with missing or incorrect items. If you order a drink with your meal, make sure you remind the person at the window before they wave you off and ignore you for the next 5 minutes. Not to mention the presentation of the food in the to go orders is terrible. I think the employees need better training.
Also ordered a kids meal for myself and heard one of your employees if I was allowed to get it. Manager/supervisor asked the employees how old I was and he said I was in my 30’s! Brother I am not that old. The employee looked at least 10 years older than me. Thought that was kind of rude tbh.

My family and I came here for dinner and we were greeted with the best customer service we’ve ever had at chipotle restaurants customer service was provided by the genuine caring employee London she got everything on our order correct she also offered us drinks and extra sides like guacamole and sour cream We will be returning to this location specifically because of the atmosphere and great customer service. Thank you London for all that you did to make our family dinner amazing.

Third time is definitely not the charm at this Chipotle location.
The first visit I was promptly told to pull around to the front by the drive-thru worker because the window was broken, and who sounded annoyed by my presence in the first place.
I pull around and wait for 10 minutes with no one coming out. Very cool. So I go inside to get my food and was helped, getting my food. But not before I saw another employee opening the drive thru window that was supposedly broken. Again, very cool.
Took me 15 minutes to pick up my order.
Second visit, hoping the first was a fluke, I got my order promptly. So far so good. Got home anddd.. discovered I was missing both the lettuce and pico. Very cool..
So I used the app the submit a complaint to the Pepper chatbot. Never trust a clanker. Happy to report I got a “free drink” as an “apology”.
Honestly I think I’d rather have been spit in the face by management at that point because at least it would have taken effort.
So whatever. Third visit. I make an order and use the free drink, and get this, they damn near forgot to give me the drink. I called this out and was met with.. annoyance. Oh and they didn’t have the drink I ordered. So much for that apology huh?
I really got nothing positive to say here. This location is an absolute travesty. I think this is god telling me to lay off the slop bowls at this point cuz everytime I did go, it’s been miserable.

Whoever is the manager, needs a new career. Middle of the day on Sunday and there are three people working? One cooking, one do mobile and one doing front line and cashier. Took 20 minutes to order food. Then I get my chips and there are barely 20? What a joke. Sick of this restaurant giving baby samples

I have never felt the need to leave a review until now, over this weekend I was on the other side of the valley and accidentally had a mobile order for this location. I couldn’t cancel after placing it and was too far to pick it up so I just had something else to eat. Today I ordered the same thing from this location and they gave me my food before the pickup time and the food was completely cold and I’m 99% sure that they gave me my past order from the other day.

Cool new place near my home. I was very excited to eat chipotle today as it is one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, the tall white guy skimped me out of quite literally everything which made me sad 🙁 Hopefully the next guy is nicer to me!

I don’t usually leave reviews but when I do, it’s for a reason. The whole staff just had bad attitude when asking for more lettuce Not only does she not switch it out when there was none left and I had to ask for more lettuce from the fridge, Just bad attitude overall from the cashier and girl serving. The place was also really dirty for the amount of staff they had. nothing was restocked, no napkins only like two forks I would stay away from this chipotle and go to Mill or Tempe marketplace

Got food here 4 times in a week & everything was great no complaints. I always get the same thing, chicken burrito & guac w/chips. This will be my spot for now on. This location is close to my apartment, it’s not as crowded as the location on Mill Ave or the Tempe Marketplace location. Much less of a wait. Employees were really nice as well.
