On February 18, 2026, I asked if they had guacamole. They usually always have brown guacamole, which is why I checked to see if they had any. I was told they didn’t have any, which was completely fine. However, after that, the staff mocked me and my family and were hurraying that we left. I felt very disrespected by their behavior. The way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth and was very disappointing.

Just pick up my order and as soon as I opened it I noticed a dead fly on the lettuce and there were pieces of old rotted lettuce. Now I see why I’ve come across those tik tok videos of people finding bugs in their Chipotle thought they weren’t real but they are. It’s disgusting. This is the second Chipotle location that has disappointed me. Seems like Chipotle quality is going downhill. No longer want to buy Chipotle if this is what they’re handing out to people.

Honestly so atrocious it’s comical. I ordered a quesadilla and received a bowl. The bowl even says quesadilla on the label. Good luck getting any customer service. The phone number is a robot and has no interest in helping you.

My online order was completely wrong and missing stuff. It was literally carne asada, cheese and white rice for tacos and couldn’t get it right. No chips or guacamole that I ordered as well. Every time they can’t even get the simplest orders correct. I get it’s always room temp but this time was beyond cold after a few mins. No refund or apologies, just thanks for the free money

Went through chipotlane and received this. Store number gets transfered to customer care and customer car refuses to make it right. This store always gives you crappy portions unless you go inside so if you want this amount of food for $18 this is the location for you.

I got there and asked for my protein options and this dude put five little pieces of steak on my bowl. I asked for queso and he gave me literally almost none. Lied and tried to change me 27 bucks for “triple protein” WHAT??? Don’t go here, staff is rude and portions are horrible.

Every time I go to this Chipotle location it’s the same thing! I have to repeat myself multiple times because the servers are to preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves to hear my order. The portions are a lot smaller than other Chipotle locations. They don’t even have forks available, they only provide spoons in the fork containers. Very disappointing, I will be eating at Qdoba or a different Chipotle location.

This is the only chipotle, out of all the chipotles I’ve eaten at in my 27 years of life across the states of Colorado And Arizona, that refuses to make a quesadilla unless you order it through the app. “We don’t have a button for it” hey call the company and get it added?? Maybe put in like the tiniest bit of effort? Lmao I walked out, went up the street to the Thomas and Scottsdale location and got a quesadilla without question. Was NOT surprised to see the terrible reviews. Glad I didn’t eat here, what with the dead flies and brown avocado in peoples food. Advice: go literally anywhere else. You’ll find better quality food in the trash can of a good chipotle
