Really fast friendly service. The burrito bowls we had were very good, consistent with other locations we’ve visited. I asked for extra cilantro and they topped mine off with a generous portion. A good go-to place with quick service, affordable and relatively healthy. Always crowded in the food court though, wish that available dining tables were easier to find.

Today I went in 6moth post op from a gastric bypass I asked to order kids meal chicken quesadilla with bell peppers I was told no I would not order that. Im fine if im charged extra but to tell me I can not order something is not okay. The manger was extremely rude whispering with other employees about me. Always tell their customer the “water faucet” is broken in a state that’s 115 degrees all summer. Also they have no Lemonades or other drinks at this location. How long does it take to get a water button fixed. Been told this multiple times over the months.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer at this location for 10 years, but after my last four visits, I won’t be coming back to this location. I go almost every day for my lunch break. The portions have become ridiculously small—especially when it comes to protein, rice, and beans. There’s an older man serving who consistently gives barely anything, and it’s frustrating to pay full price for half the food. This is the only Chipotle where I’ve had this issue, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.

They are supposed to be open at 10:45. I️ arrive at 10:50 and the man shouts at me “we are not open until 11” I️m annoyed but I️ say okay I’ll wait.
Then he counters with “maybe 11” to which I️m officially annoyed. I️ can see that you are still making your things but there are still plenty of items here you could serve me. Also, maybe get here a little earlier and don’t be mad at your customers for wanting to eat your food .
Update – 11 am rolls around and the manager who was eating the entire time they were prepping come up and tells us they have no idea when they are opening. All five us that have been waiting officially walk away. At no point did she apologize or show any empathy, she was just annoyed for me wanting to be served.
