Big hunger big appetite bring it here! Made to order the way You like it this place is very empowering You can ask the ingredients you want hence it’s more to your satisfaction. The product is high quality and tasty. They have burritos also burritos in the bowl which you can get the tortilla on the side. Hope you enjoy!

I usually don’t have any issues with ordering from this place, especially with grubhub but OMFG… I got a steak bowl and the meat that was put into it was absolutely DISGUSTING. It straight up tasted like it was spoiled, I legit couldn’t even eat it. To top it off I found a piece of plastic in my food?! I’m honestly so disappointed with what I got and especially for the price I paid, I would hope a little bit more care would be put into it. I will not be ordering or eating from this location ever again.

RAW CHICKEN!!!! Do not eat here!!!! My husband went here on November 10th around 8pm. He got a chicken bowl and I got the soft tacos kids meal. I tend to take apart my chicken to make it into smaller pieces and I noticed there was some pieces of chicken that had a pink hue to them, I ignored it and put those to the side. I continued to eat my meal till I noticed one of the pieces of chicken that I was taking apart had BLOOD! And it was very pink.
My husband went back to the store to get a refund and they only refunded mine since It was only my meal that we had evidence for uncooked chicken. My husband doesn’t tend to examine his food like I do but if I had uncooked chicken, without a doubt he had it too.
The staff, specifically Sahiney, who was working at the register, gave my husband attitude when he brought up his complaint, as if he was the one in the wrong. Then they apologized and said it won’t happen again. I can only imagine how many people and kids will get sick from todays food. Unbelievable. I have filed a complaint to corporate but please people don’t come to this location.

Ate here yesterday (October 14th) at 4:45pm and we both got food poisoning. Ingredients both our orders shared were steak, black beans, cheese, and hot salsa. Symptoms fit bacteria that thrives when food is left in the danger zone too long, so please make sure you’re keeping your food hot enough!! Food tasted really good but still feeling sick the next day.

People in Ethepoia have larger food portions than what we got today. Your new lady on the first part of the line gave me half a spoonful of rice. When asked for more she gave me 1/2 teaspoon more and spread out the rice so that I couldn’t see the bowl bottom anymore. There is literally a 1/8 inch of rice. Then the chicken… She only gave me 1/3 of a spoon… When asked for more she only have my one piece more. Is this food from her personal stock? For $13 and the lack of food this location has been consistently cheating people out of proper portions. Time to try another location.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Chipotle, but I’ve noticed a consistent issue lately that’s hard to ignore. For the past 8 or 9 visits, the chips have had almost no flavor—no noticeable salt and definitely no lime. One of the things that used to set Chipotle’s chips apart was that zesty, salty punch, but lately they’ve been bland and disappointing every single time.
I’m not sure if there’s been a change in preparation or ingredients, but it’s become a real letdown. Hoping this gets addressed, because it used to be one of my favorite parts of the meal.
Edit: Ordered chips, drink, and burrito bowl. Guess what? they didn’t give me the chips…

We ordered a single veggie bowl for delivery from this location. When it finally arrived we opened and the bowl maybe had a scoop of beans and rice and probably 6 pieces of lettuce. We paid $22 for this one bowl and for it to show up with barley anything in it. We had to drive back to this location and had them make a different bowl. We always come to this place and the staff inside is usually pretty good. We will never come back because of this. NEVER order from this location. Im very upset. We paid extra to have it delivered and still had to go in.

Catering order for 70+ people given 24 hours in advance as per policy arrived over an hour late with zero prior notice on the restraunt’s end. My event had a specific schedule and it was significantly thrown off due to this blunder. Furthermore, my delivery person informed me that upon their arrival (15 or so minutes before the alloted order time) and the staff had not even began to make the catering order. Food was both late and rushed. The order was over $1000 dollars and the establishment was called TODAY several hours before the order to confirm its delivery time and details. Customer service was not particularly helpful and I sat on hold for most the hour before being told what was actually happening with the order I made.

I don’t know how the food is, I didn’t eat. They wouldn’t take my order, they were so preoccupied by the take out orders for people who aren’t here, making food for the employees, getting themselves a big iced tea, nobody even greeted me. Then somebody noticed I was waiting but this was the manager I guess because she was far too important to make a meal gave me a look that indicated as much and continued walking. The staff all speaks Spanish to eacholer, very exclusionary to normals. I eat at Chipotle a lot but this was not up to the normal standard, typically a manager jumps in and helps out, not here, a haughty woman simply walks around barking in Spanish. This isn’ an authentic Mexican restaurant, it’s owned by McDonald’s. The “I don’t have to help the customer” attitude has spread to all of the employees. The all Spanish Chipotles usually have way too much salt in the food and other serious problems because they don’t follow the recipes or something anyway. I gave up & wouldn’t go back to this location. Actually, I think I’ll boycott all Chipotle food for while, they obviously don’t care about my time or experience, they can live without my money too.

Extremely bipolar with their discounts. Same manager told me 3 different things with EMS discounts and suddenly firmly states “we only do police discounts.” with an angered glare. I’ve never had a problem with the discount through the other 4 managers before. Something at corporate needs to be figured out, and in the meantime, I’ll continue to get the discount from other locations that are consistent with EMS recognition.

I’ve never had a problem with this location. Always great portions and fresh food. I’ve ordered it to go and picked up through drive thru multiple times, always pleased when I get home. I will purposely go out of my way to drive to this location over others, any day!
