Ordered double carnitas and I got half carnitas half wood chips. Meat was so burnt and dry I couldn’t eat it. The only good thing about this Chipotle is it’s close proximity, but I’m willing to drive further for better quality.

I stopped to grab a quesadilla. The prep counter was trashed. It was just after lunch, but there was only one person in line behind me. Instead of taking a minute to properly clean it, the girl behind the counter looked at it, made a comment as to how it was a mess, then used her gloves that she was preparing the food with to wipe it, which made it even worse. Instead of changing her gloves, she went to grab my food. I left. Advice to management: you may want to review food safety with your employees

Sadly, I have to give this location 1 star. Every time I go to this location it seems messy and disorganized. However, last Sunday I did a delivery for dinner via Door Dash. We received the wrong order, but we were so hungry we decided to eat the burrito bowls we received. The next day my husband and I both got food poisoning. My husband has been sick for 2 days. I really think management needs to check on the cleanliness of this location. My husband are not willing to risk our health again and I wanted to warn other customers.

My wife and I brought our 2 boys in for the first time and Kareem and Diego who were serving us took their their time asking how my boys wanted their food prepared with patience and with a good attitude! It was warm and a good feeling with this kind of service! This makes us want to comeback to this particular store!

You have to tell the guy on the line to spread items out in the bowl otherwise it’s lumped in the middle and you don’t get a nice mixture in your bite. Service is spotty there. I’ve been there when they are all standing up front chatting and I wasn’t acknowledged and I had to wait until they finished chatting. The food is food and the location is convenient so I continue to eat there.

I’ve gone to many chipotles but since moving close to this location. this had to be my go to work lunch spot. This one seems to disappoint way more than any other. I have a similar review as the others. I was coming to this location 3-5 times a week.

Came in around 8:15pm. 5 to 6 workers but only one person taking orders almost out of everything scraping from the bottom of stuff that’s been sitting for hours. Every chipotle, I go to starts closing down 2 hours prior to closing time, so why are you open until 10? I was able to get extra protein with no charge, but then the person I was with wasn’t able too because they didn’t want to take a new batch of chicken for for the next hour n half. It seemed as if everyone hated their job. Please pay these people more.
