The 2.6 starts makes sense now.
I went to Chipotle at 7:14pm 10/14. They had no steak, the small portion they had didnt even make a full scoop but they still charged me! Basically, no veggies or pico. They did have sour cream though! The service was ehh. I felt like everyone didn’t want to be there.

I would like to begin this review by noting that I regularly write customer reviews, and the vast majority of my experiences are positive. However, on occasion, an experience is sufficiently disappointing that it warrants being addressed, not out of malice, but in the interest of accountability and to help prevent similar experiences for future customers.

I visited this Chipotle location for a late lunch and, upon entering, stood at the counter for nearly a full minute without any acknowledgment. During that time, two employees, including the cook and the individual preparing orders, made eye contact with me on multiple occasions yet did not offer a greeting or even a brief acknowledgment such as, “I’ll be with you shortly.” While the wait itself was not excessive, the complete lack of acknowledgment was noticeable and discouraging.

When I was finally addressed, there was no greeting or welcome. The interaction immediately shifted into rapid-fire questions, delivered in a manner that felt rushed, as though the transaction was an inconvenience rather than a routine part of customer service. This approach made the interaction feel impersonal and dismissive.

Ethan, the manager, later came from the back to ring up my order. Unfortunately, this interaction was similarly lacking in basic customer engagement. There was no greeting or attempt to establish even minimal rapport.

I do not expect service workers to be overly enthusiastic or performative. However, I do believe that customers should be acknowledged with basic courtesy. A simple “hello,” “hi,” or “thank you” goes a long way in making patrons feel respected and welcome. Unfortunately, none of those courtesies were extended during my visit.

I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, particularly in a fast-paced work environment. That said, personal challenges should not negatively impact the quality of service provided to customers. A baseline level of professionalism and acknowledgment is reasonable to expect, and regrettably, it was absent during my experience at this location.

This location is very unhygienic, there was food all over the counter space where they prepare you food and instead of dusting it onto the ground the girl dusted it back into the food bins. That explains why I had tomatoes and onions throughout my bowl even though I didn’t order those items and why there was cheese and lettuce in my side of sour cream. Not to mention my bag of chips was all crumbs as if they had smashed the bags before putting them on the shelf. I’ve never been so appalled by food handling in my times of going to different locations. I will never be returning to this particular store ever!

I got off work late 6/25 and submitted an order for pickup. I ordered a steak quesadilla, white rice, corn and sour cream. When I picked up my order it was not in the original package quesadillas come in. They stuck it in a bowl when I asked why it was in a bowl. She claims that they ran out of the trays. Okay.
Finished driving all the way home, To open my quesadilla and found out all I have is sour cream, NO rice and NO corn, and the meat was not steak, it was the chipotle honey chicken.
A majority of it was soup and glued to the container and smells rancid. I cannot eat honey and had to throw this away. It would have been one thing if when I pulled up to get my order the employee had stated we were out of steak, and offered another option BUT NO.
Tried to call the store a couple times nobody answered, Paid $14 for absolutely nothing that I could even eat. I will be disputing this with my bank, if the manager in the morning is as incompetent as the other employees and refuses a refund. I DO NOT trust this location.

Honestly I have tried to give this store so many chances but last night I had service that made me never want to go back.

First thing was when I went to pick up the order we waited 7 minutes in the drive through before anyone acknowledged that we were even there.
When I finally got my food home this was what we received and 2/3 of the bowls were wrong. I ended up driving all the way back as soon as I noticed it because it was inedible.

When I got to the store I asked for the manager who came out giving attitude to start with. She kept giving excuses as to why my bowls were the way they were but they were clearly wrong and let’s be honest who would actually want to eat something that looks like the first picture. I told her that I would like a refund and a remake because I drove from Florence now twice. She then told me “oh boohoo we have employees that drive from Florence”. Okay? I am paying for food and they are being paid to be there there’s a difference. She then proceeded to tell me that her GM was on the phone and that I could call corporate if I had such issues.
In the end she said she would make the food again but threw a fit while doing it and when we got home the food was absolutely disgusting and inedible. I tried to contact their support online and have still yet to hear back.
Don’t waste your money at this store.

First time coming here since it’s opening. I read the reviews earlier and was a bit apprehensive because of how many negative ones there were but was hopeful they were one-offs. I was INCREDIBLY pleased to open my bowl and find that they had LOADED it with all my toppings and had a hearty portion of Barbacoa. I did not order double protein but it sure looked like I did! I told my mother that ordering here at the time I did was a good choice for a super late dinner. Hope to have good experiences here going forward!

Ordered on the app for pick up and was very disappointed. We ordered a chicken salad and a chicken bowl.
They didn’t even put any lettuce in the chicken salad (photo without the guacamole). The chicken bowl (photo with guacamole) had all the correct ingredients but as you can see from the photo the bowl was so soggy, like they scooped all the liquid from the bottom.
The containers weren’t sealed correctly and were leaking all over due to all the excess liquid in the bowls.
I tried to talk to “Pepper” on the app and they said they were adding 2 entrees to my account and they didn’t.
Don’t ever go here, you’ll definitely be disappointed.

When they first opened, food and service were really good – good portions, tasty, and fast. It’s been steadily downhill since. The sizes have been dropping, and the food is late/inaccurate. Last time was the last straw. Ordered mobile and had extra everything (rice, beans, chicken, salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese). It was ten minutes late and came with less than I would expect for a non-extra laden bowl. Where’s my salsa? Also saw the same as another user – takes them over 5 mins to answer the window. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

Edit: From 5 stars on opening to 1 star months later. Just shut the place down. Food was stale, chips were burnt and it all tasted room temp. I don’t know how the manager is keeping this place alive. Never ordering here again.

Going to have common sense, unlike other hangry reviewers. For a shop that literally just opened, they did a fantastic job. Food was delicious, was in an out in 8 mins and the location was constantly being cleaned. I’ll adjust my review accordingly as the months progress, but I see this establishment being the new highlight of this area. The location has outdoor seating, indoor seating and 2 active lines for indoor and drive thru. Protein was cooked perfectly and cashier was fast. Wishing these employees a good rest tonight.

Used the online ordering, order said pickup at 4:40 I got there about 4:45/:50, they said the order wasn’t ready asked us to pull up and our food would be brought to us in about 10 more minutes. 10 minutes turns to 25 minutes so I go inside… the store is very busy still clean and beautiful, smells amazing btw. I give the employees my name (2 separate people asked me at different times during the 15 minute I was inside waiting) finally we get our food… the bag felt oddly cold but after waiting over a half an hour we were in a hurry to get home we live just across the street… when getting in the car I decided to open the bag and reach in and I noticed the bottom of my burrito bowl was very soft and cold and the foil wrapping of the tacos was cold as well. Both food orders in my opinion as a person who often gets the same order, neither were prepared properly or with an adequate amount of ingredients. And the food was seriously cold the meat the beans everything was just as cold as the guacamole pico and lettuce and I’m sure as everyone knows it’s not like you can throw a bowl into the microwave because the guacamole and lettuce will be bad. I don’t understand how an order that wasn’t ready and just barely came out of the kitchen ready when they handed it to me could have been so cold ?!
I ate a little bit because I was seriously hungry. That’s why I went to get food
I know it’s a brand new opening with new employees but things like this shouldn’t already be happening
With the potential and quality of that restaurant I expected way more.

Next time, I’ll be sure to go inside no matter how long the line at least I know that I’ll get hot food
