This is the hands down WORST Chipotle in the world (let’s assume they have the all over – it would be the worst). Customer service sucks, food is always awful. Tonight’s just the final straw of being annoyed. My burrito is literally wet from them using the bottom of the tub of sour cream instead of giving the smallest amount possible of custom service and getting new food. And to top it off it’s not even close to warm. Just what I wanted a freezing cold, wet burrito. I honestly cant believe Chipotle keeps this place open. They should burn this one to the ground. Oh and that’s a bay leaf on the side of the pic. That was in my burrito too.

Often, this location falls short of expectations. Usually, it’s waiting 30-60mins after the promised time. Sometimes, it’s portion sizes or missing items. A few times just this year, they’ve been completely out of cheese, queso, chicken, steak, etc. Every single time, there are no utensils in the carryout bag. Probably need to just go in person rather than using the app so I can see issues on the spot. I’ve lowered my score again on 10/13/25 after many repeat disappointments. Another pic added.

I’ve been to this Chipotle many times, but I’m done wasting my money.
Tonight I ordered a double steak bowl. While watching it being made, I saw they only put half a scoop of rice and one half scoop of steak. When I asked why it wasn’t a full portion, I was told they were closing soon and didn’t want to make more. It was 8:30 PM and they were nowhere near closing.
This isn’t a one-time issue. This is the fourth time this exact thing has happened to me at this location. Casa Grande doesn’t have another Chipotle option, otherwise I would have stopped coming back a long time ago. It’s clear this behavior isn’t changing.
The staff is lazy and there are always too many employees standing around. I’ve also personally seen a cockroach crawling on the kitchen wall, which is extremely concerning.
Between being shorted on food, poor service, and cleanliness issues, I won’t be coming back.

Do not recommend going an hour before closing time, or ever. This employee was in the middle of cleaning “spraying and wiping down things with chemicals”, comes to run the line, with the same gloves she cleaned with she took a big ole lovely scoop of lettuce with those dirty gloves on still and put it on my bowl. Disgusting.. shows you how little places think of food sanitation. Never going there again. This happened 12/30/25 at around 8:54 pm. I was the only person in line.

Having ate at many chipotles over the last few years I am used to good service and good food. But the one in Casa Grande Arizona proved this wrong. The chips were very stale. I asked for a fresh bag+? the young lady gave me a dirty look plopped a bag down and walked off. This bag was just as stale.

Don’t bother. There are only four tables inside to sit at. Sitting outside in the bright sunlight is not a good option in Arizona! We had no place to sit so we walked out.

Mexican food with a midwestern twist…carne asada tasted like mushy stew meat, gray with a heavy lemon taste, lots of grizzle and in long, long strips. No knife to cut it. Portions are small which is a blessing given the quality of the cold food. Busy restaurant with dirty tables, floors and bathrooms. Do not stop here.

Don’t order take out from here! The food portion I received was minimal and messy. The burrito was half the size it normally is and the bowl was not filled either. I could see the bottom of the paper bowl because the entire bottom of the bowl was not covered with food. Overall, very disappointed to have received such little food upon opening my pick up order. The ice machine also didn’t work at this location. This experience discourages me from ordering chipotle for pick up again and from going to this location.

Dirty and messy restaurant !!!!! Really filthy in the food compartments. Food on the counters. Food all over the floor when I walked in I was stepping on rice. Food everywhere all over the work area. It clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly and that’s a problem. Not sanitary at all. I returned my food cause the chicken was extra salty and just wasn’t cutting it. I ate half and my stomach is killing me now. The bowls were made sloppily. No one had hair nets and the server seemed to be a bit behind with production. Then the cashier was really slow with the bag up and ring up charge. I almost fell asleep watching her. I decided to snap a few pics because cause the lack of organization and dirty work area caught my attention. Manager told me on the phone to call and make a complaint due to the food and she cannot refund my money. I walked it in and asked for a refund and even told her I got a bag of chips that were STALE AS ALL HELL!
Then she decided to give me a refund.
I will make sure I don’t return to this location ever again and I will call corporate as well to make that compliant.
