I see others have had a negative experience but I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. It could be the timing and the employees who work there at that time but it’s always decent. I was skimmed once but I just asked for more and they obliged. Overall good meal. Thank you guys. It seems like you’re doing you best. Keep up the good work!

I ordered takeout and ordered a chicken burrito bowl. You would have thought I ordered a vegetarian bowl. I had to dig through to find any chicken and only found FIVE pieces. They made my bowl correct, but literally FIVE pieces of chicken? If I had the time I would have taken it back and asked for a refund.

I went to chipotle tonight and the service was completely awful! The girl who was working the front line with gold glasses was wearing an AirPod and barely even acknowledged that I was ordering. She didn’t ask if I wanted anything on my bowl, and just rolled her eyes. I then proceeded to sit down and eat my food and they stayed talking badly about the costumers in Spanish. I understand Spanish… yikes.

So I had my daughter go inside to order multiple steak bowls the girl scooped 2 bowls and then for hers the woman then said we have no more steak and set it aside and told her they we are out of steak and set the steak bin in
the back and said that’s for to go orders. The bin was 1/2 full of steak. The Caucasian girl with brown hair and glasses was extremely cold and rude. She needs to learn some etiquette and she’s a very poor representation of a Chipotle employee I’ve dealt with in the past who show they value the loyal customer. This girl needs to be spoken to and reprimanded. We will avoid this location for a while now.

Do not go there chipotle actually i am hungry and ignorant negative reviews But “I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle. First, the staff member, Alondra, was quite rude in her way of talking. Second, the vegetables in my food were not chopped properly. And third, I was charged extra on the bill.”

Believe the bad reviews. The workers are rude and just come off like the last thing they want to do is help you out. The portions are minuscule and the prices are higher than ever. For some reason the tacos have smaller portions but cost the same.

Yum! Chipotle is always a fresh, healthy option. So excited to have one close. My burrito was huge and super yummy. Restaurant was clean. Location is a little tricky with construction. There were 5 workers and no line and we had to wait like 3 minutes. Overall very good.

The manager is very rude and unreasonable on a very very simple small thing. This cost them a negative review. She was unwilling to help my kids out. We asked for cheese on my kids tacos and she said they couldn’t have it. When they were dishing up my kids, my kids said no beans and the lady gave them extra rice. Then when we said we wanted shredded cheese on the taco, this lady (the manager) said cheese is a side item. (Since when has shredded cheese on a taco ever been a side item? ) The manager said because we got two sides of rice they wouldn’t give us cheese. I said, But we didn’t ask for two sides of rice! So my wife asked them to just scoop the rice back off the plate and put it back… they said they wouldn’t do that and they’re not allowed to do that (even though they were still scooping up our food). So we just said scoop it in the trash, this isn’t a big deal. My kids just want cheese on their tacos! They said they wouldn’t do it and we would have to pay for the kids meal and buy another one if we wanted cheese. The manager said that’s just the way it is and offered no solution for working with us whatsoever. It’s freaking shredded cheese for crying aloud! She was rude about the whole thing and had a attitude to begin with. In full transparency to her, I told here if they weren’t going to be reasonable and put some cheese on the tacos that we would leave a bad review. She said, “Go ahead” with tons of attitude. So, this is my negative review. This is a very small, silly thing to cause a negative review. But then again, this chipotle only has 2.9 stars and many others have complained about the employees. Nothing is worse then unreasonable, inconsiderate rude people. And she was definitely one of them.

After reading the other reviews, I was prepared for a bad experience. But maybe they got their act together because it was one of the better chipotle experiences I’ve had in a while. Compared to Orem and Provo.
Side note: they were out of chips when I walked in but I’m way too stuffed after a full burrito to manage chips anyways.
The portions were heavy, meat and rice was cooked well.
The guy who wrapped my burrito did very well, it was actual burrito shaped rather than a bulky square that you can get time to time.
The wife’s salad was also “really good”. We will be definitely coming back!

The location is brand new in Spanish Fork and they are very busy so service is not quite the best but I’m sure it will get a lot better and we are excited to have them here in town.
Great suggestion is a burrito in a bowl and get chips on the side then mix it together and eat it like bean dip with chips. Some great food and keeps very light by eating it this way.
