This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app, picked it up, drove all the way home and then opened up a half filled bowl with the wrong meat. Like cmon, can you really not put the right food in a bowl with normal portions. Absolutely mind blowing. This location has gone downhill.

Been here a few times, but after today not going back. I dined in with my husband. Asked for double protein and I barely got any because they “weighed” it out. I don’t think the person who had my bowl on that nasty scale knew what they were doing. The food looked extremely dry and my husband’s bowl was so salty he couldn’t eat it. Cost us over 50 dollars for 2 meals and 2 drinks. This place is not worth it. Service stinks and has from first visit. Not coming back

The food has been delicious and perfect every time. The locations in Virginia I used to live by where consistently out of 2-3 things at a time, which resulted in big huge messy delay every time. This store is the opposite in every single way. It is clean, the workers are actually nice and respectful, the food is perfectly prepped and stocked! Cherish this location, they are not all equal!!!!

!!UPDATE!! I received a message back from Chipotle which I thought was a good sign, a woman named Josephine asked me for the details of the location and my order, which I provided to her, but other than that I have not heard back from anyone despite responding the email and submitting another message through the website. I did go to the hospital as this was obviously an alarming situation and they did confirm that the item in my food is a tooth of some kind. (and it can’t be mine because I have dentures) I am super upset with the situation and with Chipotle’s lack of response or accountability. I have been in contact with my attorney and have been advised on how to proceed.
I ordered a guacamole burrito bowl from the South Logan, UT location tonight and as I was eating it I bit into to something VERY HARD, I spit it out…obviously, and I am not even kidding you when I say it looks like a ROTTEN TOOTH, it has a foul odor to it and a taste I can not brush out of my mouth. I tried contacting the location directly to get advise on what I should do… but the automated system doesn’t allow that, I also tried using the website, using “Pepper” the chat bot but it was EXTREMELY unhelpful, it asks like two questions and then ends the chat for you. I did write in a concern to Chipotle using their “Contact Us” form on the website but I’m obviously not getting any answers back from that as quickly as I need to. I also tried to go through DoorDash because thats how I received my order but they said they were “Transferring me to a ‘specialist’ for assistance” and then they did the same thing “Pepper” did. Automatically disconnected the chat with me. I am going to the Emergency Room with the object just to make sure I am healthy and safe because this is probably the grossest thing that has ever happened to me.

Chipotle food is always good. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. I don’t necessarily like the layout of this location. Tables are in the way of the counter, it’s not really clear where you should start ordering. Luckily there’s never been a line when I’ve gone in because I don’t know what they’d do if there were a line. Parking is also very strange as it’s in a complex of multiple small restaurants. Still handicap spots close though.

This place seriously messes up the portions. They put so little food and then dumped way too much sour cream on it—my bowl was basically sour cream soup. And honestly, the staff has a total attitude problem. I was waiting at the chipotle lane, and even though they saw me standing there, they made me wait 5 minutes before giving me my food. The people at the pickup line are especially rude. Are you guys actually kidding me right now?

Haven’t had Chipotle since high school in AZ, i didn’t know we had one up here. Then i stumbled across it and was super excited considering my wife has Never had it before. My wife’s burrito bowl was pretty much cold. The chips were so stale they hurt my teeth. Then they decided to wipe down the tables and slide every single chair in and out which was so absolutely loud in there that we had to pack our food up half way through eating it and leave. So that sucked..

I ordered in the app thinking it would save me some time picking the food up. Oh boy was I wrong. I arrived at my assigned pickup time and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before my food was ready. It would have been faster for me to just order the food when I arrived, which seems a bit silly.
The staff seemed overwhelmed between people ordering inside, the drive thru line, and orders placed in the app/delivery services. I’d like to think that since they just opened, the employees will get more used to dealing with the food rushes and larger crowds. I can’t say I would currently recommend this location if you are in a rush unfortunately.
That being said, it’s apparent that everyone is trying their best and being friendly to the customers. My food came exactly as I ordered it in the app, including customizations. I got the chicken bowl and it was great! I got a side of queso with chips too. The chips were a little stale but I have had that happen at other Chipotle locations about 60% of the time. If it weren’t for the super long wait I would have given a higher rating.

I personally didn’t go in but my girlfriend did. She came back out in under 10 minutes with 2 burritos. And man it was yummy I must say I highly recommend this location I’ve been to other Chipotles around the US and this one never disappoints.

I stopped by to grab lunch for my coworkers and myself, which meant placing multiple orders. The employee working the line kept rushing me by asking about toppings for the next bowls while I was still talking to the first person at the start of the line. It completely threw me off and caused mistakes in the orders. I could understand being rushed if there was a line behind me, but there wasn’t a single person waiting. I just wanted to take a little extra time to make sure everyone’s lunch was right, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable instead. Hope the manager sees this and talks to that individual so hopefully this mistake doesn’t happen again to anyone else because now I am upset because I didn’t get guac on my bowl
