I got 2 steak bowls, inside the restaurant, and the manager specifically definitely didn’t portion the right amount of steak into our bowls. I know this because I used to work at Chipotle and have vivid image of what a scoop of any of the food is supposed to look like. They also did the same with the cheese and sour cream. Pathetic. First time back to Chipotle in years and this is sad. The manager the night of 1/30/26, is in need of training and management training. It is clear they were promoted to fill a hole not. Anyways, just another reason I’ll make it at home for myself and it’ll actually be worth it.

This was the finest dining experience at a Chipotle that I’ve ever had. The restaurant was immaculate! It was clean in the lobby and in the kitchen and on the food line. The food was fresh and looked as if it was cooked to perfection. I arrived after lunch, around 1:30 pm. After I ate my food, I asked for a tortilla And the staff washed their hands thoroughly. This place is CLEAN!
The food was delicious! Thank you to the manager Hector and their team Rosy and Eden and the others behind the scenes for providing a positive experience.
I read some of the reviews on portion sizes and I encourage people to communicate what they want with the person serving their food.
If I want more food, I just ask. In the past, I have never been charged for extra rice, beans, grilled veggies, vinaigrette dressing, lime or lemon wedges, salsas, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. It’s when I add additional meat, queso, guacamole, drinks , chips and tortillas, that I would get charged extra. But if it’s a Vegeterian bowl, and not soffritas, then the guacamole has been included in the price of the Veggy bowl.
I can get up to several pounds of food in a single bowl for under $10 (before tax) without being charged an additional fee. I’ve noticed even some of the smaller bowls with fewer ingredients can provide more food in grams, compared to many other restaurants and fast food chains for the same price or higher.
I prefer to dine in, that way I can watch as they build it and make requests to tailor it to my liking.

I went in at 10:45 AM after working out and the girl who was taking the order was extremely rude. All the kids working there were unfriendly working, and the man making the food. No smiles and a sour puss look on their faces. They should all be glad that they live in a free and wonderful country and have a job. I’m a fan of chipotle, but today I just ended up walking out. With the attitude the lady had taking orders this chipotle will not survive.

In my professional opinion, I feel like they are Not giving full amounts of food to their customers.
My past experience here has been nothing but great but this one specific one kinda threw me off.
Please try to do right by your customers and ensure they are getting the best service possible.

What the hell is wrong with the staff at this location? My order was a complete mess. The burrito bowl seemed like it was made up side down and then shook. They didn’t bother to drain the broth off the barbacoa on the tacos and once again it was slopped together.

I brought my sister here. We were both first time ever customers. We were THE ONLY customers in line. We were NOT greeted. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED! I had to ask the cook in the back to get our orders made. Then, when it was time to pay, cashier went out of her way to ask Doordash order if everything was ok…(which Doordash guy came out of nowhere.) Then cashier left us standing in line. No “one moment,” or “sorry about that.” It was not busy. There was only one clean table in the place. The only good thing was the food!!! Thankfully! I will eat at Chipotle again, just NOT the Taylorsville one.

New location. We had a great walk in experience today. They need more traffic to keep things fresh. The chain should subsidize toss outs until business picks up.
They have been open two months. We hadn’t noticed because we just drive to what we know, and they are tucked away. They have poor street signage. If you are heading north on Redwood afterwards, good luck. Seems like the safest bet is to slog through the crazy parking lot traffic all the way to the light by Texas Roadhouse. It looks like brave souls take a left out of Beans and Brew into the crossover, but they are sharing space with oncoming traffic. Gonna be a bad head on someday.
