I went to lunch here on 2/25/2026. The employees behind the counter wereso loud I could not even hear my friend talk, The employees were yelling, they were rude, they were banging their stainless steel bins loudly while talking & laughing with each other . They poured ice into the ice machine right behind us while laughing with the other employees behind the counter. I told them they were too loud and they just ignored me, & they were very rude. I will not go back to this location or recommend it to others. There are a lot of chipotle’s that are really great, considerate to their guests, and very nice employees. This location is subpar.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle consistently for about three years now, and I just wanted to say there’s been a noticeable upgrade in how it’s being run lately. The staff has been quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly, and the whole place just feels better managed and smoother overall.
Really appreciate the great service. This has become a very reliable location for me. Thank you to the team for doing such a great job.

I genuinely think this is the worst location in all of utah. Stingiest portions I’ve ever had. I feel bad for the employees who don’t have anything to do with portions, but I will never stop at this location again. If you care about your protein intake do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. It’s also the second time I’ve had this experience. Cup of salsa filled 1/4 of the way and a bowl that’s 1/3 of what I get at other locations.

The manager on duty tonight was incredibly rude. Her name was either Cici or Stacy. We came into the restaurant to get the BOGO offer posted on the website and mutiple news outlets and were told that it ended at 8pm, which was not what was stated on any of the websites, including Chipotle’s. The first server was very kind and apologetic (which is why I gave any stars) but the manager jumped into the conversation being very snappy, huffing, rolling her neck and saying she could show us what the message on her phone said, which no one asked. Mind you, it was 8:03 and we were in line before 8pm. When I acknowledged that she was being rude and had an attitude she just shrugged her shoulders and continued to be rude. With that type of customer service, I’m confused as to how she became a manager. After going back and forth about it, she recognized the BOGO offer for our meals but continued to have an attitude and made the bowl horribly compared to the other bowls made by the other servers. Worst chipotle bowl I’ve had and I eat here often. I’m glad there other locations nearby because I won’t be coming to this one anymore.

Overall burrito score 4/10. Light on the rice & beans, protein portion was acceptable. Good quantities of salsas, light on the sour cream & cheese. The wrap was loose and leaking salsa. Employees were nice but did not seem excited to be there. Seating area and restrooms were clean.

Everyone was so nice and kind but looked like they didn’t want to be there and the I’m guessing manager is so rude to customers and employees. I asked for something and she rolled her eyes and we paid cash and the cashier said softly we out of ones and cici who I’m guessing she’s manager told the cashier pull quarters in a high rude tone voice I would honestly not come back if cici is still here food great just not the manager.

Ate here tonight with my son, the burritos were made to my liking, though I had to ask for more pico twice to get the normal amount. The restaurant was very clean, even the soda area. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and looked to be handicapped accessible.

Today’s visit to Chipotle was extremely disappointing. I asked for a fair portion of meat and sides—especially since I’m fine paying extra if it’s worth it—but what I got was nowhere near fair for the price. On top of that, they charged extra for guac, yet after scooping it, the server scraped half of it back into the tray before putting it on my bowl. Completely unacceptable. The value and service do not match the cost. Terrible experience.

Best bowls in town for sure – but the serving staff is rude and doesn’t listen to clients when they are ordering. Was treated rude! So, if you can get past the extreme rudeness of the burrito makers, then it’s worth it!
