I ordered a carne asada burrito and a chicken burrito, and I’m still trying to find the meat. It was basically a giant wrap stuffed with rice and black beans and nothing else. Absolutely disappointing and a total waste of money.

Nice to have this brand in our area! The food was good, the staff was a bit mixed, didn’t seem to know how to interact with the public very well, everyone behind the counter, nobody in the lobby taking care of the dining environment – which was dismal.
This is a new location, but bad habits are forming immediately. The dining area, soda dispensing area, and trash can were all big messes. The floor was littered and muddy. We had to wipe down our own table because every table was dirty. This was not rush hour either- it was about 3 PM.
I’ve attached photos to show what I mean. I’ve written the review with the hope that a change of procedures for the dining area get put in place right away. There is too much investment in a facility, staff, inventory and advertising to have it be diminished so significantly because of the setting.

Super hot food , tasty and for sure coming back soon. Love the atmosphere and how quick they got my order. Had to wait a little because they weren’t completely ready at the time of opening. Super nice and friendly staff, clean environment and brand new eating areas. You will love the large seating areas and fantastic views. Food was hot and tasty.

I eat Chipotle way too often and this was by far the worst location I’ve been to. I ordered a double steak bowl with everything besides guac. The girl gave me the last 5 kernels of corn, instead of walking 10 feet for more. Then she piled all 3 salsas in one corner of the bowl. The pieces of onion and lettuce were barely cut up and the steak was flavorless. I love Chipotle and rarely leave reviews, but this location is trash.

Never seen a worse managed place. I usually only give good reviews but when the manager is as bad as this lady I had to speak up. We ordered a chicken bowl my wife and I . Get to the checkout and the lady says double protein and we say no. She looks at us like we are lying and ask the lady making the bowl. She never said double protein but the manager said we had to pay for double protein. No we don’t we can just leave. So the lady that made the bowl asked us to go back to her so we could make another bowl. We were fine with that but this time she hardly put any chicken in the container and she was in a terrible situation, seemed new and the manager was trying to make her look bad. It was an uncomfortable situation.

They consistently give less and less rice, and i never get beans, but prices do not go down, and when I asked politely for more rice, I got an attitude from the girl who was dishing the food. I used to love coming here because I felt like the food was worth the money I spent. Now it’s like getting ripped off.

We ordered food via the app. We were notified via email and the app that the food was ready. We pulled up to the window and no one (5 different ppl, neither communicated well each other or us) could find our order or identify well what we as the customer should do to resolve the situation. Finally, someone found the order is the register. They told us to hold while they completed the order. The person working the window came back and asked us if we were a different name, not looking well yo realize we were still waiting based on previous conversations with other workers. We aaked of we shouls park to resolve the issueand it started the “what is the issue”conversation again. Went in was handed my food without receipt. Food was cold and the rice was undercooked.

Every time she’s behind the counter, I feel genuinely welcomed and leave happy with my experience. It’s employees like her that make me want to keep coming back.

Stopped in for chips, pico and guac on my way home from work for a snack. The chips they give you aren’t even a 1/4 of the way full. The chips had no salt and zero flavor. The pico and guac were really good. But for 12 bucks I’ll stop at Cafe rio.

My in-laws took me and my husband here for lunch (which was really kind of them), and unfortunately we were disappointed by the experience.
Positives:
1. The lady taking our orders was able to answer the questions we had about the menu. She did a really good job helping us with what we needed.
2. Our food was ready very quickly.
Negatives:
1. Food was overpriced and just okay tasting. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but paying $75 I would expect it to be really good. We could’ve easily gone to Costa Vida or Cafe Rio and gotten better tasting food for cheaper.
2. There were no booths or any areas that looked like they were meant for family dining. It was mostly just very tall bar stools (something to keep in mind if you’re planning on bringing kids or if you’re a shorter person). Maybe it’s because more people are using Door Dash and they don’t get as many people eating in anymore.
In short, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but there are better places to eat.
