This is the worst Chipotle Branch!! Ordered chicken tacos for pickup and when I tried it, found to be dangerously salty. I just took one bite of it and felt like it was a bottle of salt. This is literally poisoning!!! The staff there are super wierd too!! Something is off with this Branch

Love the fresh food, food ingredients, taste and portions. I usually get the burrito and I love this place for a change vs Costa vida or Cafe Rio. Highly recommend. Not sure why the bad reviews. Yes, it’s a bit long wait if it’s busy.

If you want good Mexican fast food that offers fresh, healthy menu options, Chipotle is the place to go. I like that my meal is made in front of me so I see all the choices and ingredients as they as added to my food. I like black beans and rice with a chicken protein bowl. Other favorites are the steak tacos and carne asada burritos. The restaurant is clean with plenty of seats available. Parking can be difficult, unless you don’t mind a short walk from an adjoining parking lot.

Reliably the best Chipotle around. Helpful staff, willing to give you the beans (if you want more), never out of stock of that one ingredient you want, well-seasoned. There’s one closer to my home, but I always put in the few extra minutes to come here.

Me and my husband use to come on a monthly (at least) I loved your corn salsa. We learned after a while not to get the chips and queso, the chips were always incredibly stale. We still enjoyed our meals though, after a bit my husband said he knew I loved the corn salsa but the rest was just augh. After 2 and a half years he decided to surprise me with it and give it another try , the chicken was old discolored and I managed not to see the bone in it that tore up my esophagus, needless to say we will not be returning, during those 2 and a half years obviously you managed to make it worse not better, I would hate to see what you could do given any more time

Ordered online not only were both of my quesadillas were burnt black one side wasn’t even cut just mushed into the container then I go try the chips and queso and get a hair went into talk to a manger got met with nothing but attitude and disrespect didn’t even attempt to help me get a refund or just offer a cash refund right there she seen the hair and basically told me she can’t help me even tho everyone with long hair wasn’t wearing hair nets so I’m pretty sure it was one of them that got hair in my shit this resurant is extremely disgusting and unhelpful

I have over 26,000 Chipotle points and visit frequently, so it’s disappointing that I’m even writing this. On Tuesday, October 7th, around 10 PM, I visited the 10387 S State St, Sandy, UT location with two others, and the experience was horrible.
As soon as we walked in, we were met with unfriendly looks and felt completely unwelcome. After paying for our food, a worker with a mustache told us we could only sit at the bar table because they “needed to clean to close.” When I asked if they closed in an hour, he confirmed but said they “like to start closing early.”
We decided to dine in anyway, and immediately it was obvious they were upset about it. The staff turned the music up extremely loud—so loud that our Apple Watches warned us about noise levels. One employee seemed to realize what was happening and turned it down twice, but the others turned it right back up and laughed about it.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. As a loyal and frequent customer, I expect better. I truly hope management addresses this behavior and provides additional training on professionalism and respecting business hours. Chipotle can and should do better.

Carpy store, below standard. Other Chipotle stores are run at a higher standard than this one. Workers here aren’t in a good, friendly mood. They don’t greet you, and when you ask politely for a cup, for the drink you purchased, the look you get is like you’re an overly spoiled child asking for too much. Store was unkept. Burrito was ridiculously small for $13.10 + tax. (Extra chicken, too) It’s a mini when compared with a Gual Bertos burrito. (See photos). I’ve been eating at Chipotle since the 20th century, across multiple states, and I’ve never had such a lame customer experience. Tonight was not the only time and I’ve provided feedback via Chipotle’s corporate site before. This store should be razed and reborn.

I haven’t had chipotle in years. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. They consistently had a long line but only one man was helping anyone. You had 3 other girls working but they were talking and “doing chores? Or inventory maybe”.
I felt bad for the gentlemen. He was working fast but doing everything to help customers alone it was a lot of work.
The rice wasn’t cooked all the way.
It’s the holiday season, I understand not wanting to work but you have 4 people on a shift and one working. It was rude of them to their co worker and customers
