Ran out of chicken at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Had to wait 30 minutes longer than our original takeout order time. 7 workers mostly standing around with nothing to do. 4 takeout orders waiting for food. Smooth. The food was then wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes to get mediocre food.

I usually love this location but lately to-go orders are unacceptable. I don’t know how this can be considered a salad when there’s 4 pieces of lettuce. My husbands burrito bowl was maybe a child’s handful of food. For our order to be $44 and this is what we get from two of the meals, is ridiculous.

Why do servers think it is okay to make customers feel like crap. It’s Christmas eve and I know everywhere is closing early. So I google to see if I can order our Chipotle bowls disassembled so I can warm it later, which it says, it is possible and to just ask the server. Turns out, not this server. First he wanted to charge me a catering fee, and then when I explained I don’t want more food, just the food placed in seperate containers. This is when he made it very clear this was a HUGE issue for him. I even tried to explain that I needed this for dinner and want to be able to warm it up later. If the bowls were assembled it would be gross with the lettuce, guac, pice, etc. And yes, I asked very nicely because I know this is beyond their regular tasks. But I can tell you, in the future, I will drive to Syracuse or Clinton when we want Chipotle. I won’t go there again. I don’t deserve to be treated like crap just because I asked that he seperates our bowls into seperate containers.

For the price, the portions they give is insane. My burrito bowl cost $23 and it’s barely even made. I literally paid extra for everything and they didn’t give it. This is my absolute last time coming to this chipotle. Other locations do not skimp this bad.

This place used to be awesome. I was always welcomed in and everything would be cleaned, including the serving area. These days, there are all new employees, its always dirty, and it doesnt seem like anyone wants to be there. The last two times I have been in there, they have been out of rice and steak… BOTH times… The portions have 100% SHRUNK and the quality just isnt the same. The onions in the guac are even chopped into huge pieces… I want the old employees back. They cared about quality. They didnt look at me with annoyance when I would ask for a double scoop of corn. They actually scooped a full scoop of food. We are literally paying almost $20 for a bowl and would like the old portions back. I really hate going here now and hope they fix this.

Before I explain, My to-go order ticket DID print incorrectly. However, when I came in to show my mobile order and that I didn’t get my side of queso or sour cream, Three young woman argued with me. They pulled up the order and refused to give me the sides I ordered. I had to pull out my order and prove it wasn’t on my bowl before they rolled their eyes and gave me my queso. They weren’t friendly, they were rude, and I doubt I’ll go to this location again. Awful interaction.

If I never ate at this Chipotle again it would still be too soon.

I had a free burrito and I cashed it in at this location because it was between my work and the appointment I was headed to. Let me just list off everything that was wrong with my meal:

1. The brown rice was undercooked
2. The pinto beans were undercooked
3. The upper half of my burrito was just cheese and sour cream?? Honestly at least SOMETHING was ingestible. It tasted like a congealed disaster but was the most appetizing aspect of this meal, and that should tell you something!
4. The guacamole was brown. Not just on top from oxygenation, but all the way throughout.
5. The chips were stale.
6. I got a drink, hoping for a Diet Coke, but half their drinks were out.

Literally my entire meal, start to finish, was subpar if not entirely inedible. Submitting a ticket to their AI agent just hit me with a ‘Sorry your food sucked’ and no refund for the food I purchased.

Totally bogus because honestly even though my burrito was free, I STILL overpaid. Chipotle owes ME reparations for how foul that entire experience once. I can only imagine that my greatest enemy must work here because I don’t understand how one human being could look at this food and serve it to another.

I just placed an order here on accident and it was an ordeal and a half to get it refunded, because the phone number listed for this location routes to yet another AI agent with pretend typing sounds to boot.

Save yourself the time and the headache. If you’re craving Chipotle, make the drive to another location. This place will only leave you feeling sad and angry. And for the prices they charge, that’s just unacceptable.

First time being into chipolte ever. I ordered a salad double protein and they had no white rice, no black beans and I asked for guacamole on my salad and she had told me they don’t have that also and it came to 19.00 that is insane for 1 person. And the were out of minute made lemonade also. I may never come here again ever.

Attempted to order take-out through the app, arrived with no food made at all. This is the second time that has happened to me, and they made me wait 30+ minutes the first time for a kid’s meal I ordered back in December. They clearly noticed me waiting for my order, and addressed me in a rude way. Both the manager and employees were cold and dismissive, not even bothering to make three simple tacos. They basically told me off to contact Chipotle for a refund. Very unfriendly, uncaring team. Fix your damn ordering system and stop wasting customers’ time.

I usually love coming to this Chipotle — it’s always clean, the food’s great, and the staff’s usually on point. But this last visit felt a little off. The portions were noticeably smaller than usual — like, just a small scoop of rice and a sprinkle of lettuce. Still good food, just wish it matched the usual serving size. Hoping it was just an off day, because this location’s normally one of my favorites.
