i wish i could give zero stars. i went to order a bowl & the staff member, Gregory, had a small attitude towards his coworkers & when assisting me, he smeared a very small spoonful of rice to the bottom of my bowl and then there was hardly any meat and then there was very little toppings the rest of the way. at checkout they ended up charging me over $50 for the 2 bowls i got with guac and when i called back later i was told i should have said yes when asked if it was enough food but i never got asked that question when i was in the store i did not know they were supposed to ask. and then the staff member hung up on me after saying it’s on me for not having enough food in my bowl. will definitely not be going back

I got a burrito and it was pretty disappointing. There were like 4 pieces of meat in the entire thing and they weren’t very big pieces either. The meat it did have was very dry and didn’t taste right. I’ve gone to other Chipotles before and the food was significantly better. Maybe they were just having a bad day but me paying 20+ dollars for something not even close to Chipotles usually standard is pretty upsetting.
Update: after contacting Chipotle support about the issue all they could give me was “we will talk to our leadership about fixing this issue in the future”. Very lackluster response for a customer getting basically just rice in a tortilla.
Update2: after trying it out a second time they have redeemed themselves a little. Meat was better tasting and portion was decent. I will say they also had it made faster than the original time quoted which was nice.

Abysmal experience. Online order due at 6:30, not received until after 7:30. Wasted an hour of my limited family time waiting for our order. Gave up waiting outside, went inside and found 2 more employees than the woman at the window said were working. Many customers had clearly been waiting a long time.

Only employee with any experience was the MOD. Everyone else was extremely young. Who opens a new location without bringing in experienced employees from other stores for a while?? I work retail. I understand the challenges. This was a complete failure of management.

Employees were walking back and forth between window and prep station a dozen times for a single order. Not even bringing the tickets with them to see what to make! You couldn’t script a more comically poor process for any production environment. No one demonstrated any basic sense. Maybe just stressed and forgot training? Seemed like woefully inadequate training.

MOD was VERY overwhelmed and apologetic. Clearly cared, but too overwhelmed to think clearly that just a free drink doesn’t make up for an online order being over an hour late.

Got home and 2 of 4 items were completely wrong! A burrito was made as a burrito bowl with the wrong sauce. A burrito bowl had 4 items that weren’t ordered, rendering it inedible for the person who ordered it. Third item had one extra ingredient.

I LOVE Chipotle and I was so excited to have one open right near my home, but they have got to figure out how to run a restaurant. Trouble keeping up with online orders? Pause the online order system until you get caught up!

Skip this location and go to Syracuse! 2nd time I’ve been to this location and both times have been wrong. When I pointed it out this time (added chicken instead of steak) the two employees just giggled amongst themselves and then kept making it. Employees also throwing food at each other while making my food. I get that they hire teens/young adults but the lack of management at this one shows

I would call this nothing less than terrible. I asked for just chicken and rice, they charged me for a three pointer times 3 bowls that was only partially filled for 26 bucks. The portions for the price was Terrible. I will not return. The person running the show as soon as I walked in told me where I had to stand. Then she put herself in front of me when I got in there and there was nobody there. Needs some good leadership training. You must serve others ahead of your self. Not because your in a position of authority you hold yourself ahead of everyone else. That’s not how things work.

My wife placed an online order that was supposed to be picked up at the drive-through window. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to go inside to collect it. Consequently, I’ve decided to exclusively visit the Riverdale location from now on. Wasn’t thrilled with the service and the app even said to go to the drive through window. When I drove around and went inside I was told it was their policy. ‍♂️

First time and last time going. Charged over $16 for a bowl. I couldn’t finish and I’m not picky. I don’t blame the kids working/ but the owner and manager should be doing better quality control. Burnt dried up chicken, rice was undercooked. Bits of inedible veggies. With bell pepper stem to add, I guess for flavor ? Haha. So bad.
