My first time visiting a Chipotle location was very disappointing. I was the only customer in line and it took 15 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was waiting. After finally getting my order I go to my car to try my burrito and its ice cold! Not even a light warmth it was all cold. I was given a gift card and am sad I wasted it on a cold burrito that wasnt even that great.

Had a really terrible burrito from here. The rice was dry and crunchy and my burrito wasnt folded properly. Sauce leaked out the top because it was not folded correctly and the tortilla split halfway down, basically falling apart and making it really messy to eat. Overall not worth the increasingly hearty price. Service was unfriendly and I had to repeat my order more than once.

Ordered takeout today for lunch. Service was friendly and fast. Food was super tasty per usual. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely come back and I recommend you pay them a visit.

I haven’t had Chipotle in years, but I remember it being delicious. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my memory of it. Maybe it’s what I ordered or maybe it was always only okay.
I did the online pick-up and I really liked how smoothly that went. I ordered the Balanced Macros Bowl (just okay-I really liked the fajita veggies and guacamole on it), chips with the tomatillo-green chili salsa (great salsa), and watermelon limeade (just okay).

Came here to grab some lunch to go. There was a guy behind the counter that greeted us with a “what do you want”. My wife proceeded down the line making her order while I waited to be helped. There were 4-5 other people working, restocking, talking, staying busy, etc. not one employee acknowledged me as I stood and waited to be served. When the employee was finishing up my wife’s order I walked down towards the register and we paid for the tacos. I was planning to order, but after waiting for so long with no acknowledgment I decided I did not want to spend my money at this establishment. A couple people were eating in at tables and no one else was on line behind us. It was a pretty terrible experience. Probably will never go to this location again. Food was good.

We have been a 2-3 times a month customer of this location since it opened. This is one of our go-to places because of dairy and celiac in our family. Up until the last year or so, it has been good. However, that has all changed. The last several orders have been extremely disappointing, and our last one is the last straw. First, it was an app and in store order combined. The app order was missing items( chips and tortillas), and the rest was shockingly poor on quality and size. I ordered a grain free lifestyle bowl with chicken and carnitas. 4 pieces of chicken were found, 4… Also, there is no lettuce( as pictured compared to online pic) when it’s supposed to be a salad. The chips we did get are so small for $2 bucks you can see the bottom of the bag( as pictured with a line showing how full it is). Portions have gone down to 1/4 the normal size, but prices have gone up. On the in store order, my daughter can only have rice and beans because of health reasons. It’s usually 4-5 bucks, but they have now insisted its $7.85 called a three-pointer( as pictured) 8 bucks for a side of rice and beans, seriously, and not a good portion either. This is only 1 example of many recent orders. Paying $51 for 4 people, 2 of which is only a few items and everything is half the size is ridiculous. We could have gone to Olive Garden for that. I would expect the company or owner to respond to this and make things right, but I have a feeling that will not happen, as they haven’t answered others. Wow, you have lost another long-term customer.

It’s chipotle. Exactly what you’d expect. There not always the friendliest at this location and seem to be out of certain food selections often. Regardless, I come back to this one often for its convenience and overall consistency

I went to this location at 9:15pm the other day and they were basically already closed. I walked to the counter and they had about a scoop of dried/burnt steak left so I asked if they would be able to make more. The first guy told me it would take about 15 minutes but when he turned to the person on grill she said, “I already turned off the grill.” So… they told me they couldn’t make more food because they turned the grill off 45 minutes before closing. I’ve been here earlier and this location actually closes at 8 because if you go after that your food will be dry and they won’t make more.

Pretty good Chipotle location. 9 times out of 10, I’m happy with the food and service. They have an occasional problem, but it’s usually minor. Much better than the newer Centerville location, and about on par with the much newer Farmington location.
