I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an experience like I did today. I stopped in to grab a few sides for a taco night with friends, and the woman who took my order was incredibly kind and efficient. I ordered two large salsas and a large queso. She even mentioned to the person ringing me up that he could ring it as one salsa and one queso, which I appreciated but wasn’t expecting.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill at the register. The employee ringing me up was loud and rude, saying, “Looks like three sides to me.” I was also under the impression that sides came with chips, and when I asked about it, he told me I didn’t get any because he “didn’t charge me for them.” I explained that I understood and simply thought chips were included, and I asked to purchase two large bags.
He then shoved both bags of chips into an already overfilled bag, completely crushing them, and handed it to me without saying anything. When I asked if I could have chips that weren’t crushed, he just stared at me and didn’t respond.
Thankfully, the night manager stepped in, completely fixed my order, and provided fresh chips. I’m very grateful the manager was there and handled the situation professionally. However, the interaction with the rude employee was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. If that tall blonde employee is working, be prepared for a very harsh attitude. Unfortunately, if I see him working again, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.

My friends and I stopped for dinner tonight and were treated very well by the staff. The young man with blond hair (tall) was so incredibly polite and kind. He had the nicest smile. The whole staff was so nice!!! Our food was really good. I don’t normally post a ton of reviews but because the staff was so nice. I wanted people to know! Will be back soon!

A few weeks ago I ordered 5 bowls from Chipotle. Our family has eaten at various locations for over 15 years. This is the first time I’ve ever filed a complaint with them. Out of the five bowls, three of them had rice so hard we couldn’t eat them and had to throw them away. It was actually painful to chew! I emailed Chipotle and let them know. This was their response. No offer to compensate us or vouchers to try again. Just an “I’m sorry. What a bummer”. I’m not complaining about a smaller serving of lettuce or meat. They were unedible. I I told them this is the last time I will ever eat at the restaurant. What a terrible policy! I thought it would be nice to let everyone else know their policy as well.

5 stars because i love this place.. and also… Whoever prepped the bell peppers on 8/13/2025 @ 7:00 PM.. did you chop the entire pepper into 3 pieces? Ive almost choked 3 times trying to eat those gargantuan dorito chip sized things.. atleast chop them up into 8 pieces instead of 3. Love you long time. You’re doing a great job. Just a little smaller please .

I really like Chipotle all around most of the time. Every so often the rice is under cooked and the meat is reeeeeally super salty. We still keep coming back despite it. The main thing that I have an issue with this chain over all is this appeal to organic pseudoscience. I get it that it’s a marketing ploy. However, Organic farms still use pesticides and actually use more land than conventional.

We’ve had 10 meals with yall and the last 3 days have been a huge disappointment. First thing to note is us wanting to pick it up at 5pm and it’s been ready at least 20 min early. Today was 4:30. By the time we got it to work at 5:30, it was 100% cold and actually the bottom of the container was super soft. So that’s been a bit upsetting to not have fresh food the last 3 days. Also, 3 days ago the brown rice was super under cooked so my bf switched to the white rice that i had been eating. However yesterday and today it was so hard I had to throw my entire portion of the rice away I couldn’t even push through as it was sooo crunchy

My wife and I ordered online on Friday 1/14 through the Chipotle app. We were notified that the store was out of chips and lettuce. The first dish was one taco with barbacoa beef, rice, salsa, cheese, and the first picture is what we received. The second dish was one taco with the plant based chorizo, black beans, rice, and the second picture is what we received. The third order was three tacos with barbacoa beef, black beans, and the third picture is what we received. Whoever made the third order didn’t drain the meat or beans so the tacos were soggy, the packaging was soaked through and ended up soaking through the bag that our order came in. I drove to the store and asked the employees if they were able to remake our order. After showing an employee the food that they sent out (maybe a shift lead?), she seemed annoyed and asked me what was wrong with the order. After remaking our orders we finally recieved the correct portions and quality. Through the app I requested contact info for the GM or manager to inform them of fixable issues but was informed by customer service that the local management team would be too busy to talk to me. Chipotle has been slowly getting worse with customer service and food quality for a while. If they paid their workers more and stopped overworking them, I’m pretty sure it would fix a lot of these issues.

This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably rude and unprofessional from start to finish. My son’s quesadilla was burned the first time, and when they finally brought out the replacement, the employee slammed it down on our table with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. She kept an earbud in the entire time and glared at us throughout the interaction like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
Between the burned food, the glaring, and the absolute lack of respect, it was clear customer service is not a priority here. We will not be back. Absolutely terrible.

Food is decent and the employees are amazing as they can be. Their boss is very hard on them from what I’ve seen. The blond cashier guy that had the creepiest smile is gross. He looks at all the women like they are prey. It’s gross. Us women should be able to get food without being stared at like that. All the good staff I’ve encountered have quit from what I’ve seen. They haven’t been there when I’ve come back. All the employees look like they hate their job. From what I seen I don’t blame them. The boss is also creepy. Do not recommend
