Not sure who the manager is, but he is AMAZING! I get a pretty simple bowl that I don’t feel overcharged for when he makes it (just double rice, chicken, cheese and lettuce + a side of salsa). Sometimes other workers that make my bowl skimp on portions but this manager does a wonderful job getting it right. I understand how a restaurant cares about its proper portions so sales end up making a profit, and he does it right for both the company and customers. Highly highly recommend and I will be returning future Tuesday nights!

I never leave poor reviews but I felt this was worth sharing. I walked in this afternoon for a quick lunch and there were no customers ahead of me. I approached the 3 employees with a smile and not one of them greeted me or spoke to me for 5 minutes of me standing there. Still, I was polite as one of them finally acknowledged me and began to take my order. Once I got my food I found that my rice was very undercooked and crunchy even and my queso tasted spoiled. I wanted to share my disappointment with the staff before I left but I really felt they wouldn’t care. A huge waste of $18.

This Chipotle is much better than the one back home. We immediately noticed how clean the place was. The food was also very tasty – in particular we liked the crispness of the chips and how thick the queso was. We especially enjoyed the indoor terrace that made for a nice quiet dining experience

I love Chipotle, but today I had a bad experience. I ordered my food through them and DoorDash. When my order arrived, I was missing an item. I called Chipotle twice and nobody answered, so I had to drive all the way there.
When I got inside, the customer service wasn’t great. One guy told me he couldn’t help me because he had a huge line. I said that I paid for my food, so my issue should be prioritized. Then I asked to speak to a manager.
The manager was nice and understanding, and he told me to wait a few minutes while he finished a big order, which I understood.
But one thing I noticed bothered me: a coworker came in carrying a big bag of fresh vegetables from outside, put on gloves, and started serving people without washing her hands. I remember when I worked at Chipotle, we had to wash our hands almost every 15 minutes. I’m just confused about what happened nowadays and why nobody is washing their hands when handling food.

I went to this location today and had to witness the manager (or who I assumed was the lead on staff at the time) bullying a younger employee. The “manager” could be heard across the restaurant saying “he’s not doing anything correctly” and calling out the younger employee by asking him “why” “why would you do this”. While I understand there can be difficulties in training people, this was so inappropriate and rude. The same “‘manager” took my order and threw around my food in the bag so when I opened it, the food was falling out of the container. He was rude, impolite, rushed us through the non existent line, and hung out on his cellphone after yelling at the younger employee.

About half of the rice was undercooked and hard in my bowl. I specifically asked about the rice while ordering at the counter as it looked hard like some of it was really shiny and whiter than the rest. The lady squeezed some and said “no, it’s really mushy like normal” then I go to eat it at home and it was rock hard! This is not the first time this has happened. They need to learn how to cook rice I guess.

I am so mad it’s unreal. Gave this place another chance. Came in, asked the dude to give me half chicken, half barbacoa brown rice bowl. This guy after half way through tells me they don’t have sour cream so I got upset. I then asked for chips and texted my wife if we have sour cream at home, the dude heard me and said oh I can still get you some, we only give it for online orders ♂️I was like dude are you serious since when sour cream is for online orders. Anyways he gives me my tap $20. I was like why so much he tried figuring out I gave up just paid took my food and left. I looked at the receipt he charged me for extra barbacoa???? Like are you serious? I asked for half and half. Came home realized he didn’t give me chips. Started to eat my meal, the rice was not cooked at all, my teeth are feeling it. I am so upset and pissed at this point. I can’t believe they can’t get normal workers to get their act together!!

I sent my son to order take out at Chipotle off Eagle Rd. today. He ordered me a balanced macro bowl (it is suppose to have extra lettuce). They charged us for things we did not order or receive and what was in the bag didn’t match what we ordered or the incorrect order on the receipt. I’ve attached a picture of the “Balanced Macro Bowl” I received. It’s disgusting ! To top it off they do Not answer their phone, no matter how many times you try to call. I would not recommend ordering or going to the location off of Eagle Road.
