I had came a day prior and purchased a protein bowl. Once I got home, there was not very much chicken in it. I came back the next day to let the staff know and to see if they would mind replacing my meal. The staff was completely different than the day prior. Sophia, I believe is the manager and she was completely understanding and friendly, and even added chips and a drink for me. Thank you, Sophia For such good Customer Service.

We feel lucky to have this location so near. It’s consistently the best one I’ve experienced in our valley. They don’t have weird rules like some of the others; in fact they have some informal policies that are favorable to the customer. We have had many excellent experiences there over the last year or so. Recently we had a large number of family visiting from out of town and our food and the service was excellent. I went back the next day because the manager did a great job making us feel appreciated and welcome. I had trouble describing him but when I said to the staff how good our experience was, they all in unison said “that’s Zack!” and it was. Kudos Zack and team. It seems to be a happy, well-run place. It’s our #1 restaurant right now. Keep up the good work!

Had a long day and was starving so I ordered on the app and chose to get extra rice to fill me up. Was extremely disappointed in that fact that this is was i got. Bowl was not even half full. Apparently adding 2-3 FULL scoops of rice is going to break the bank. This used to be food i was excited to get. Now all I get is child sized portions and disappointment.

The young man working tonight was not simply a chipotle employee, nor a mere food service worker. He was an artist, a warrior battling to subdue the monster of a burrito I had envisioned. With just one word of warning, “she’s gonna be a beefy burrito”, he immediately understood the mission, and carried it out to perfection. Never before have I seen such a victory in the battle of man vs food. A visionary, a leader, and a prodigy in his field. My only regret is that I can not call him by name, for I foolishly did not inquire about how he is called. If there is a supervisor that reads this review, Jan 20 9 PM. Steak was tough and full of fat. Queso was not good- like the powder that makes it was not mixed. Gave this place 2 chances but this is it. Dirty place, food bins were spilled over each other. employee didn’t know steak from carne asada, had to get some help.

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst location I have ever seen by far. The food prep and service areas were filthy. I considered leaving, but ordered anyway figuring they had just had a rush and someone would clean up any minute. I was there 30 minutes, 15 of which had no customers, but no one did a thing. Either the sup/manager wasn’t there or is incompetent. I will not be coming back. Order at your own risk.

The food was descent, chicken tasted like they just got done with a massive rush of orders and I got the last of what was left. Service was good, plenty of people working and staying busy while I waited to order. Would’ve been a bit faster with multiple people taking orders and making food.
Great spot and looking forward to a healthy place close to the house. I’m sure I’ll be back after the next few visits to bump the review.

I picked up food to go- the line person was great- the manager was at the register- was extremely rude and condescending- lectured me on my order in front of a line of people- who hires managers like that- uou are letting that person train and influence the staff. Shame on Chipotle regional managers for not taking g care of their stores business.

Chipotle when done right is a good meal. However the past two times I’ve ordered from here they have gotten it wrong. They forgot two burrito bowls and the one they delivered was sloppy and covered in their hot Red Chili salsa on my burrito bowl when I am not a spicy person. This location needs veteran leadership, retraining of its staff or just get rid of it.
