Pictures should speak for themselves. We walked in and to no workers anywhere and food was running low. Finally one worker came out from back and helped the family of 4 in front of us. We asked the worker if he was the only person there. He said his manager had everyone on a break and manager was on a break also. He said but I will go get the manager. The manager came out and said we are running low on food so you’ll have to wait while we cook it. Mind blowing, I asked her why everyone would be on a break at the same time. She then told me not to tell her how to do her job. Here was the line when no employees were around and and then when they all returned after we were 2nd in line and waited 30 minutes to get all the ingredients for our bowls.

Personally, I don’t find this worth the price. The workers barely put any food in the bowl compared to normal. I would recommend other places if you’re looking to get value for your money. These sizes aren’t worth $11-$12. Portion sizes aren’t consistent across the board and today I got about half a spoon for each item.

I went in yesterday (February 18,2026) at around 9:20pm, and I was content with the plentiful fresh ingredients available. The food was fresh and stocked and the worker making my burrito was a cool dude and I was in and out of there quickly, not to mention the portions were up to chipotles very generous standards. I’m shocked about the reviews honestly, this place is so good! I wanted to post a pic but for whatever reason it won’t post.

I have to agree with every person who has written a bad review on here. This is the only chipotle in the area and we all expect at least a minimum standard and this is far from one. Also, why can’t these reviews be enough to take action? Why do we have to explain ourselves again on another website? Enough reviews on Google should warrant action from corporate management immediately! I love Chipotle but this location needs help like YESTERDAY!!

This has to be the worst chipotle in the country. The workers literally don’t care about their job. The constantly let their items run out on line and act like they are being so put out when I ask for them to get more. And I’m talking about anything from meat to toppings. This happens almost every time and it’s usually at times of day that aren’t very busy. Multiple times they have told me they are out of something while I am watching the line cooks filling containers with it. They just didn’t want to take a minute to grab it from them to serve. They told me they ran out of kids chips when they had plenty of bags and plenty of chips. There was no one in line behind me they just didn’t want to fill a bag. Also the chips are never fully cooked or salted and the fajita verges always burnt to an actual crisp. Please send some help from headquarters or whatever so we can have decent chipotle. Lastly, the workers are mostly jerks. There’s been a couple cool guys working but otherwise there is a real funk in tha kitchen. All my friends joke about how bad this place is but it’s the only one near by so we still go. It’s a bummer

On 2/26/2026 with one other person in line we waited 3-4 minutes to get service. Finally a lady came out and dished up our orders. She was VERY skimpy on the rice and especially the Barbacoa put into the bowl – I asked for more Barbacoa and she said she would have to charge me more. There was maybe 2 spoonfuls of Barbacoa on the rice – I walked out without my order – She was just Cheap and Have never had a bad experience for this kind service. Guess I wont be going there anymore if they consistently keep trying to charge more when they offer skimpy portions Bye By Chipotle

Walked in on Friday Dec 12th about 2:20 ish PM. It was my husband and myself. There was one worker in the front who did not acknowledge us as we came in nor did she acknowledge us when we walked up to order. Whatever she was doing was more important than greeting the customer. Another worker from the back finally came up and asked us what we wanted to order. The 2nd worker was a bit better in attitude but the first worker had a complete “I don’t want to be here” attitude and kinda “tossed-slid” our salad bowls down on the counter when she was done sealing them. She did the same with the guac and dressing after she packed those up. Be better. Work better. Act like you’re thankful you have a job, girl.

Ordered lunch here. Picked up my lunch and headed back to work. Opened it to find that I’m missing half my food. Contacted support and they offered me a free drink on a future purchase. Check your food before you leave, they will not fix it if you leave.

Where is management? I walked in today since I was in the area to grab a quick bowl, there were FIVE employees just standing around treating me and the customer infront of me like ghosts. They finally helped the guy infront of me, then let me stand there for another ten minutes without even acknowledging my existence. I turned and stormed out the door and just ate at home. I like Chipotle’s food, and in a pinch, am willing to pay the overprice to eat it, but the level of service here is a joke. Place is managed worse than a frat house. I highly recommend a different Chipotle is you absolutely must eat there. What a joke.
