Do you like to be verbally assaulted by homeless people while chewing crunchy beans after waiting way too long for your food?

Over a dozen people all waiting in line for online orders, yet the front of house is doing nothing to help make those orders. A homeless man ran through the restaurant at least 3 times shouting nonsense, the staff did nothing. My online food order was very very late and then the beans weren’t even cooked. Large unchopped veggies, and I can’t even identify what the black item is?
Attempted to resolve issues through online chat and they said they hoped they could offer me a better experience next time.

Was eating my bowl yesterday, I took a bite and there was a big piece of plastic in my mouth. After I pulled it out, I can tell it’s def a piece of someone’s glove or a sauce packet from prep. I’m pretty grossed out by Chipotle now

The food at Chipotle is exactly what you’d hope for, delicious and flavorful! The staff really stood out, too, they were friendly and efficient, keeping the line moving despite the crowd. However, it’s worth noting that there’s a bit of room for improvement when it comes to the restaurant’s cleanliness. Overall, it’s a solid experience with a few areas to enhance!

Ordered today may 13th for a quick dinner which turned up being an awful idea as I found a roughly nine inch long piece of plastic in my burrito. I thought it was a piece of onion or maybe lettuce as I took a bite to discover it wasn’t breaking apart so I pulled it out to find it is a large chunk of plastic wrap. Along with it my guac was not fresh and was double cupped to hide the level of sheer black/brown in it.

If you love Mexican cuisine, I DO NOT recommend this location. This place should be shut down just judging all the negative reviews I saw here after the fact though I have always liked the one on Southgate. Was never treated so disrespectful. This one was beyond disappointing and disgusting. Got a Carne Asada burrito I placed an order for online. Who knows when they made it but there were a couple pretty important issues. The meat was literally inedible and not AT ALL what I would expect from such a large chain restaurant. It was ALL gristle! The burrito was HALF the size it should have been, not to mention it was cold by the time I picked it up and the young guy who handed it to me practically threw it at me! Very rude and unprofessional behavior happening here. As a latina who knows what Authentic Mexican cuisine is, I appreciate Chipotle due to the freshness and bar concept but this one made me regret my choice. Very disappointing.Went directly to the site to complain but never got any response. Won’t be going back.

Always nice staff but when you request for extra you would think they would give a full spoon because of such a large up cost. $7 for each taco and $7 for bowl. I guess in future I will purchase two bowls and tacos on side. Even emailed corporate and they don’t care. Be careful what you purchase and always watch the amount you get. Again great staff but Chipotle always has had the standards of not giving enough especially for cost.

Order pick up for 1210. Got there at 1208 and food was ready but it wasn’t hot so I know it was made way before that time. Also, I got the macro bowel with first ingredient on the receipt is guacamole. It wasn’t added to my bowel!!! So frustrating as I macro count and needed the fats plus guacamole is expensive. I didn’t realize till I got back to work and now it is too late. Also lacking chicken. Go to a different chipotle!

I mad an online order to this restaurant. I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t yet and I understood. I waited the whole line got their food. I saw a bag come out at one point but was told none of the online orders were ready. I said okay and sat down I watched the bag sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes eventually a different person got their order so I walked back up and sat down and waited. They asked my name and gave me the bag that had been sitting on the counter. The atmosphere was hostile. By the time I got it the guac had started to discolor and the food was cold. I got there at the pick up time of 4:10 and left at 4:40. I understand that it was busy but I don’t understand why my food had to sit on the counter so long. I will be going to a different location next time.

I do not go to any other Chipotle in town. Best ever. Wanted to thank Lilly for always being wonderful she is one of the main reasons I go to this location. Great customer service. I also want to thank the other team members they are also very kind.
