Pretty good bowl. This place is very busy. And the staff handled it well and even did some table cleaning while I was there. Unfortunately they were out of Root Beer, so I had to settle for water. As I was eating, I found a leaf in my bowl. It seemed like a plastic leaf. I spoke to the manager and she said it was a basil leaf used to season the rice. They usually remove them from the rice before serving. Could be. Here’s a picture for you to judge for yourself. It makes sense given where it was in my bowl. All in all, it was good and I’ll eventually be back to use the free drink coupon Louisa provided me.

Nov 11th 2025, 1pm MDT – Bloody racism, the lady with a tattoo on her left side of neck… she did put a lot of meat and rice and other stuff to the american (white) before me and not even 1/4th of the same bowl I ordered – both pauing the same price.

Service was very bad came in everyone was in the back watching a game waiting till someone noticed us had no food we got burritos asked for red salsa and only got 2 drops the restaurant was super dirty trashes were filled to the top couldn’t even throw anything away every disappointing! Had to clean our own table as well

I went to Chipotle on Fall River in Loveland. I love Chipotle, but this time it was terrible im sorry to say. When I got there, there was no one at the counter. I waited 3 minutes before someone came to the front. I ordered a chicken burrito. There was literally no taste to it except the jalapeños in the guacamole. There is usually a good bit of protein in the burrito. I didn’t pay attention to the girl because it’s usually good. This time there was hardly any chicken in it. There was no chicken half way thru. I even had her mix up the burrito before folding it. I’m sorry I have to say this, but it was not good

Went with family for dinner on Sunday. Ordered burrito with brisket. The brisket was yummy but something I had on my burrito was o-my- goodness spicy. Probably wouldn’t go wrong if you warn people about that when they order. Just saying. It was a big burrito and I didn’t finish it, but with how spicy it was, I couldn’t finish it.

Tonight I went here in person and ordered a bowl to go. The wait was really long, which didn’t bother me because I understand working customer service. At checkout I ordered a bag of chips as well. I proceeded to drive home and realized my chips were very soggy and cold. I drove back to ask for a new bag. Those chips were cold and soggy as well. I call customer service line, since they were not able to take phone calls at the actual restaurant. The man on the help line did nothing except make a report and didn’t offer any other resolution. Very frustrated. I am very patient with fast food workers, because I have worked that before, but it’s very disappointing when not only is the wait long, but the food is bad and the help line does nothing.

Ordered online in advance so the food would be ready for pickup, I only get a 30 minute lunch break at work. I had to wait 45 minutes for the food to finally be ready. I asked the staff to check on the order twice and they said they’ll check on it. How does it make sense to keep helping customers in line when I’ve been waiting and asking the staff for 40 minutes?
