The food was okay. The quesadillas were almost warm enough to melt the cheese…not a single clean table in the restaurant. Every trashcan was overflowing with garbage.

Worst experience I have ever had at this location off of Ken Pratt. Arrived at 11:45 when they opened at 11 and the entire serving line was a complete disaster like it hadn’t been cleaned from the day before which made me suspicious but when I started eating the burrito, it was an edible rice was hard and way over salted the pico salsa was sour and tasted completely off. I decided not to continue eating with the fear that it was gonna make me sick. Later on that evening, I was not wrong. Will not return back to this location.

we usually get delivery from door dash or uber eats. Usually they’re okay but a few times our burrito bowls were mixed up. Like half the stuff i requested was in my wifes bowl and some of her stuff was in mine. I can eat just about everything they have but my wife can’t and wasn’t able to eat that night. We figured we had ordered during dinner rush, but that still is no excuse for not reading the ticket correctly.

Line looks dirty, they don’t even bother cleaning up. $3 queso crusted into the pan and guacamole was brown brown… the guy in front of me was pissed due to small portions and the employees didn’t even bother to listen. When it’s my turn I ask if they have fresh guac in the back. They proceed to pull out three other pans of brown guacamole. I’ve worked in food before I understand avocado will brown but these were clearly from the day before. I’ve never seen grosser guac at a chipotle … anyways the guy who looks at them proceeds to smirk and ask his manager if they have fresh guac in the back to which the manager responds that this one is only 5 hours old. Yea not likely. They don’t care about quality at this location. Will never be back to this one. Also I tried to claim a drink reward at the register and their scanner doesn’t work. Soda machines out of syrup. This location is awful. Don’t waste your time or money go to the one on main street where they value you as a customer

Ok, what happened to Chipotle? Got a steak bowl… the worker put a skimpy spoonful so I added extra meat… $18 for a steak bowl w/ an extra scoop of meat is just unacceptable given the low quality food with slimy, cold fajitas and wilted half-brown lettuce. Not to mention the fat and gristle that I ended up spitting into my napkin. Also, its always nice to have to wipe down your own table because the workers simply are not doing it. I worked at Chipotle 22 years ago when it was a privately-held company, and safe to say corporate culture wrecked it. I’ll be going to the competitor that starts with “Q” from now on. I now know why their stock price has plummeted and they offer BOGO deals…who in their right mind would ever come here? Horrible experience. Never again.

Although I love chipotle, I seriously can’t deal with every time I go inside and they always mess up my order! Today I order a bowl, I always get the same thing and yet today they added lettuce when I asked for SOUR CREAM??? Someone please make it make sense on how you get lettuce from sour cream. Disappointed.

We will not be ordering from here anymore. There’s no food in my bowl. This was 12 dollars?! Do better. Not even a real scoop of anything rice or chicken and it’s the wrong kind of beans. This is embarrassing.
