Had a great stop here because my momma wanted some Chipotle one night, food was good and they handled the order well. Though the older Hispanic lady (didn’t catch her name or see a nametag) was giving me these nasty looks because I asked for a few things on the side!! But this younger and tall ginger fella was really nice so, I wouldn’t take anything away from 5 stars. Pretty dope Chipotle.

In the most remorsful way, this was the worst experience of my 64 years of living. The customer service was outrages, giving my order wrong and making me wait a long time. I had to take time off my own work which is in high regards, to go drive over there to hey my order right. Truthfully the worst experience of my life

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the same woman. This time I decided to speak Spanish because that is her native language, not that should have anything to do with the service that is provided from a restaurant. She tried to scoop chicken onto my burrito when it was the wrong protein When I said no, that’s incorrect not only did she leave the protein that she put, she just slapped on the smallest portion of my requested protein and put me on my way , when the gentleman doing the finishing toppings asked me what I wanted. I was so over it, I said I’m good. She was so rude. I just want to pay and get out of here. He let me go through the line. Come to find out he was the manager. After speaking with him, he told me that that protein is hard to get off the spoon and that’s why she flung it. This is absolutely Ludacris. Never in my life from a simple fast food place, Have I been treated This way from an associate furthermore by a “ Manager“ Super disappointed, no one tried to make it right not even the customer service when I called. It’s too close to my home to not go back, but trust and believe I will stop this behavior as soon as it starts

How disappointing. I went to get lunch and it happened to be the same t I me when the high school across the street was at lunch. So it was PACKED in here. As im in line i am watching the food be made as one young student after another orders and moves down the line.. and im noticing as they make the bowls/burritos they put 3 scoops of rice and a overflowing scoop of beans.. but when it comes to the meat, they get the smallest amout on the tip of the spoon and just v keep on moving.. then im up and o order a steak burrito and I get the high school version. Wmexcept I caught it in time to let them know 1 scoop of rice is sufficient. But now im left to wonder, because there wasn’t another price these kids were paying.. so why doesn’t their money deserve the same amout of meat ant the correct amout if rice that anybody should get? Im not wrong.. I saw it with my own eyes. Yes, there was an overwhelming amout if students at the same time, But noone should get ripped off, everyone’s dollar has the same value.. and i certainly didnt appreciate my high school burrito with the most scarce amout of meat sour cream and cheese.. all that should have been included in the 12 dollars I paid for it

National burrito chain. I prefer the bowls to the burritos. There are fewer meat options now, but still enough to accommodate most people. The carnitas burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole was substantial and very good. They did not skimp on the guacamole. The small bits of jalapeño in the corn salsa added a hint of heat and a little crunch to the dish.
Service was fast and efficient. The space is a bit industrial but has ample seating. The outdoor option wasn’t viable since the temperature was nearly 100° out.
More than enough parking was available.

I have been coming here for years as a regular with my family, I have also had family work here for years but all of them have quit by now. We’ve always had an amazing experience with welcoming and kind employees, some of whom I have been able to build connections with. Although recently, I had come to learn that the store manager had been fired and following those news, the quality of the restaurant has gradually decreased. The last few times I have gone almost all the drinks were unavailable when usually all of them or most of them were there. The food portions have also gotten worse and I need to ask for extra to get a decent portion. The environment is nice but it feels more like they want the customers to get out faster. I will be switching Chipotles as my expectations for this location has lowered drastically.

I go to a lot of different chipotles. The food at this one is ok – not the best, not the worst. The guac was a bit oxidized and chicken a bit dry but other than that everything was decent. The reason for the low review is because the manager was standing at the cash register with the employee who was ringing everyone up. When I went to checkout I heard them sexualizing a patron who had just come in, and they said some rude words about how long I was taking scanning my Chipotle rewards app. They said all of this directly in front of me, and yet I suspect they did not intend for me to hear. I am white, and obviously look it with my blond hair. And yet I am perfectly fluent in Spanish. I suspect if they had known that they wouldn’t have said such rude things. I am of the opinion that employees at a business should not sexualize or shit talk customers right in front of their faces, especially not the managers. I felt extremely uncomfortable for the rest of my meal because of what they had said.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too ! I’m military and lived in 3 different states. This location as a bad attitude towards colored people … I was treated rudely and my 3pt burrito was hard for the guy to wrap so the manager came over speaking Spanish laughing … VERY RUDE ! I asked for more and she stood over him saying “Oh more is extra” then seen how much he had and said something in Spanish again !! The first time I came to this location I was charged for more food than I was given . So I returned to use the “Free burrito” points that was given back to me instead of my money !! I’ll drive an hour next time before stopping at this racist location !!!! The host name was “MARIA” very rude and need to learn customer service

Some of the most disorganized staff ive ever seen. I constantly order food online, come in after the eta says. And they still haven’t even started it. And to make it worse they will help yhe customers who just walked in before getting to mine. Its to the point where the online order ends up taking more time. I spoke with a manager juan about it once. He was incredibly rude and laughed in my face.
Small portions. Inconsistent flavor. All the employees look burnt out
This chipotle sucks!!

We order pick-up at least once a week here. Last night my wife arrived home from grabbing our to-go order and was visibly upset. She said she walked in and went to the pickup counter. There was a gentleman already waiting so she stood behind him out of the way of the leaving customers from the register. There was a worker at the small prep table next to the pickup orders, as well as another worker at the cash register, and another on the line. She said she wasn’t even acknowledged until she had to speak up when she saw our order waiting in the pile of other orders. Prior to that, she was as patient as she could be until another gentleman came to stand beside her. When she wasn’t able to move away any further and this man got very close, so close she could smell this man, she spoke up. When she spoke up, the worker at the prep table asked, “We’re busy, can you hold on?” It would take less than 20 seconds to say hello, ask what the name is, and send the order off. Transaction complete. Done. So, how does it make sense that our food is paid for and waiting and the person is there to get it, but instead of a 20 second 5 star interaction, their own workers make it harder than it ever needs to be.
