Disappointed with Pricing and Quality
I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but my recent experience was frustrating. Not only was I charged nearly double for my order, but the quality was disappointing. My quesadilla had pretty much no cheese, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering one. For the price I paid, I expected a well-made meal, not something that felt incomplete. Definitely not worth the cost, and I’m reconsidering coming back if this is the new standard.

Please listen to all the reviews here and don’t eat here. For context, I live within walking distance to this Chipotle and I drive to others because this one is so bad. Hard rice, no seasoning, always an excess of beans and minimal protein. It’s been like this for months and will not change…. Eat elsewhere.

Came in for dinner with my daughter and we’re very disappointed. I ordered a veggie salad and the lettuce- which is a main ingredient of the salad was mostly browned on all edges. Serving sizes compared to most chiptole was on the minimal side. I had to add for extra pico since everything was so skimpy. My daughter’s kids meal was fine except when I tried the chips they were gooey and oily. Almost every table top had food covered on it as well as the dispenser area. I saw a couple employees not doing much and was curious why cleaning the tables wasn’t of importance. Parking here is crazy to try and park anywhere near by.

It’s been twice now that I ordered from this place and their brown rice is inedible I understand that making brown rice is hard for most people but when that’s literally a menu option. You guys should probably be better at perfecting it. Not to mention this last time that I ordered I got a piece of bone or something really hard in my food. Chipotle has a history with me and my brother. We used to “race” eat their big ol’ burritos! But the rule is you can NOT spill even 1 grain of rice. If you do, add 1 minute to your time for each grain. More than 10 and you’re disqualified.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. ALWAYS out of at least 2+ key ingredients. Staff is just out of it and non attentive and they don’t handle the food properly (the meats are not kept to heat standards for safety). Made me very ill last time I went and will never go back. It’s next to my house but I drive 20 minutes extra to go to the next closest because this place is awful.

Welcome to the worst chipotle in Denver, corporate still doesn’t care, maybe they need to just close that location and put a Qdoba in there! at 815 pm line out of the door no food, a worker talking to another worker about that’s faul I’m pretty sure they were messing with to go’s orders. Rice not cooked all the way, no manager in the front nothing was fresh, no straws every drink unavailable but Mandarin thing, out of food nothing fresh no-one was cooking Idk when they will fix this store I come by and try again every few months still a s….. Show . Illbe going to the one up the street as usual. Scared of someone messing with my food after the conversation I heard.

Updated review Sunday march 26th we tryed again 2 times in a week. The first time system was down for 3 hours NO sales and tonight out of food as usual 30 min wait etc.. Chipotle still has done nothing nor responded….. They truly just do not care.
Update Friday November 18 empty burrito no supplies. The usual here. Still no improvement still no response. Refer burrito picture below!!!! Just wow. Again no ingredients.
Now it has been 1 year! That chipotle corporate doesn’t care about us customers enjoy the read they refuse to notice!

DEAR CHIPOTLE CORPORATE, some business lessons for you, for every 10 customers mad I personally watched walking out today you generated 100 lost sales and clients. This place is a mess. Way below chipotle standards. It’s dirty and it literally concerns me enough to wonder if I should call the department of health! The customer service is a joke. The food is always gone too no rice no steak no beans. The manager told me with audacity it’s not her problem! Please review this pictures ur restaurant is being destroyed. GABI an attendant took over for the manager that told me wasn’t her problem she should be the manager than maybe your store wouldn’t be such a joke! I also asked them have you seen you last 30 bad reviews on Google?????( they don’t read reviews or care about their clients so it up to us to stop eating there I guess?? The customer no longer matters! GABI the cook took the time to do that but not the manager!!!!! I sat there for 20 min and I still have no food. Please Corporate help!!!!!!!!!!! The attendant literally set a to go bowl on top of my tortilla!!!! Hygiene isn’t a thing there! Literally loved chipotle questioning if I’ll ever go here again!!!! This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Almost every single time I go, they’re out of something — chicken, vinaigrette, veggies, you name it. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. I really hope management takes this seriously, because right now it’s not worth visiting when other nearby locations are so much better stocked and run. Q’doba would never.

Every single time I go here, they are always out of something. The other day I went in around 7:30 PM and they were completely out of chicken and veggies and when asking if they were making more, they informed me that they were done for the night… But yet they close at 10 PM?
Also, the past 3-4 times something has changed in terms of the spiciness of the food. There obviously must be some sort of food inconsistency and cross contamination when cutting up vegetables/making salsas. I’m currently trying to eat the “mild” pico de gallo and my mouth is on fire.

Skimpiest portion sizes at any chipotle I’ve ever been to. When you ask for more, staff is very rude. I went twice in one week and it was the same both times. I could have been a regular but im not trying to get scammed twice a week.
