The absolute worst chipotle I’ve been to. The guac was brown, stringy, inedible. The staff were rude, there were no mixed veggies. Tried to contact customer support and they terminated our conversation because I didn’t have a receipt.

This is an online only location. Make it smaller so people know that. Out of forks when I picked up my sons food. The employee couldn’t tell me that when I got my bowl, and couldn’t even make eye contact. Then this was my son’s bowl when I opened it. I paid for extra and got nothing! Disgrace. I promise no bite was taken before this photo.

I’ve tried to order from this location twice now. In May, I got there within 30 minutes of close on a Saturday to order in person and was turned away by staff after being told I “could only order online.” When I asked if I could order online in my car and just wait I was told no. In July, I ordered via the app on a Monday afternoon and waited an additional 25 minutes before it was ready only to get home and realize they gave us two entirely wrong meals. This location is truly disappointing and has only caused issues for me. Chipotle as a restaurant gave us a couple of free entrees after going through the online chat function to express the issue but when I attempted to call the restaurant to let them know their mistake they immediately hung up on me once I got connected. Truly terrible service from this location.

This is likely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced. It’s always slow, the staff is completely useless, frequently out of items (once they were out of all meats but chicken with an hour remaining), and food quality is not on par with other Chipotles (don’t order double meat as you’ll always be shorted). And don’t bother online ordering because it’ll come out late and wrong. I’ve ordered 4 consecutive times and each time my orders had issues (like mixing in pork with chicken — thankfully I can eat pork!). At least you can watch them make it inside.

My experience was amazing! When I looked at other reviews, I was a bit nervous on how the service would be, but I wanted Chipotle so bad so I gave it a chance. I even walked 50 minutes to get their food, but I also wanted the exercise so it wasn’t bad. When I made it to the location, my order was on the mobile order shelf on time (I ordered ahead), and everything was in there! However, I was wanting a drink but the website said their drink machine was down. An employee saw me kind of standing around confused, so she came up to me and asked “Is everything okay? Can I do anything for you?” And I told her about the drink thing, and she said the fountain drink machine was broken, but she offered me one of the juices they have for free!! She was so kind to me, and that was exactly what I needed after my first week of college and that long walk I did! I wish I caught her name. I had amazing service, employees are kind, place is very clean, and my food was delicious. Most definitely will come back.

I worked for Chipotle when they were an emerging brand. I was a GM And opened several new locations. Their brand standards have gone down the toilet. This particular location is filthy and often out of product. Last time I went in, they were out of “tacos” and soft drinks. Tonight I got it delivered and it’s clear that they were out of limes. I would have been fired back in the day for this. I truly hope you can get it together.
