I do delivery in the area and this place NEVER has it together. The online orders aren’t started til you are there. Any online order. Tonight I waited 15 minutes past the order pick up time. I’ll be blacklisting this location.

The quality at this location has gone noticeably downhill in the last few months. I got there around 2:30pm, with no one else in line, and my order was made with absolutely no care at all. The portions were about half of what is usually served and the tortilla was blown up at the top, which I didn’t notice until I got home. On top of that, the foil wrapping only covered half of the burrito somehow, so its also cold as soon as I got home. The first photo is exactly how it was in the bag when I received it and the second is after I had only opened the rest of the foil. Very disappointed in this location and I will likely be avoiding it in the future.

I think this is my first negative review I’ve ever written. I moved to the area a little over two years ago and this is my “home” Chipotle. I’ve been amazed at how dirty the kitchen and food prep area is at this location. It’s been like this EVERY time I come in. EVERY. TIME. Keeping the kitchen area clean is clearly something the management at this location cares nothing about. I’ve been at locations where the prep areas are spotless. This one borders on unhealthy. I’m hoping the pictures I’m uploading are associated with this review. It’s really bad. Do better Chipotle – hold your franchise owners to a common standard. This location isn’t far from your Denver office. Stop by during any dinner and you’ll be disappointed.

Sometimes the rice is under cooked here, I don’t eat rice anymore so it doesn’t bother me. I do not recommend picking up online orders here. Several times now the burrito I pick up from online is half the size that they normally should be.

Store is horribly managed. As I waited for my online order that was behind after ordering online and witnessing the staff clean to get out early, I witnessed a staff member continue to show zero customer service and tell guests that they are out of ingredients without checking and saying there was not a manager on duty. Highly unprofessional and utterly disrespectful. Spoke to Wynter and he offered little to zero care. As a corporate owned store I would think they were trained better and could do more. Went to rival and they were beyond helpful. Please go to Qdoba in Highlands Ranch it’s night and day with care they show!

The service was absolutely horrible. There were more than 5 kids behind the counter chatting. The guy who served us couldn’t even roll the burritos, and glared at us as we left. I was thinking about the toppings I was going to get, and the guy started to get annoyed, and made a face at me. After we got the burritos, they fell apart immediately. Not worth the money. Definitely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Extremely disappointing.

Tried the new al pastor chicken and it was very good. Also ordered Quesadilla and 2 bowls. All was very good. Serving sizes were appreciated. Line was super long but moved at a decent speed. We did takeout but looked around, lots of dirty tables. It was 1pm and a bit of a lunch rush I am sure, just an observation. We will be back.

This is not a good location, the chicken is always dry, the rice is dry, and today I thought well let’s try it again……I told him I wanted a burrito bowl, he then looked behind me to look at someone else as he threw a tortilla on the press, I looked at him and said I want a bowl. He gave me the nastiest look like it was my fault and then was just rude and after he added chicken he slid my bowl to the next person as I was asking him for queso. There’s other locations that area way better.

We’ve ordered from them on 5 separate occasions now, every single time the order has been incorrect as well as late. Would not recommend. Most recently I paid for protein and got none.

The employees were so rude. My daughter ordered, they completely skipped me and didn’t acknowledge me. I said excuse me I’m still waiting to order. So the guy behind me took a step back so he would even look at me. They were out of a bunch of stuff. It was just a terrible experience. I will avoid this location going forward. The girl also couldn’t roll the burrito so it was a mess and everything was falling out.
