The Hispanic lady working the counter at 3:20p made the best burrito I’ve had here in a decade. Not stingy with the meat. Everything a Chipotle employee should be. Burrito was delicious.

I can’t blame DoorDash for this because they are the ones who just pick it up. I have no idea why I’ve tried multiple times at this location thinking I’d have a different outcome, but every time they screw up my order. They add things that I don’t want on burritos, they forget things, they put stuff on the side when I ask for it on the burrito or bowl. Idk man. This place is always just a disappointment filled with people who can’t follow basic instructions. I blame myself tho. I keep having hope that something will change and it never does. I feel duped.

This chipolte is great and the food is always wonderful. There isn’t a drive through but you can order take out. My food was made as I ordered it. There was no delay, the employees spoke clearly and were knowledgeable of the menu. The condiments were stocked and the store appeared clean.

I did an order for pickup for a steak burrito bowl. This was all of the steak that was on it. It’s a simple bowl with just beans, rice and lettuce and they put less than a scoop of steak in it. After stupidly including a tip in my pre-order. I paid almost $20 for this. Guess it’s my fault for not checking before I left.

Closed doors early on me. Size of the Bowles have gotten extremely small, one half scoop of steak for $8 on extra steak is absurd and honestly disgusting. Time to hang up my weekly chipotle bowl.

So, my boyfriend and I ordered a catering for meal prepping. We work hard and get home late and do not want to cook at the end of the day. We read about this Chipotle catering hack that everything is cooked and ready to go for an amazing price. I ordered it for pick up at the end of day on Monday and their computers had been down and didn’t have it ready. They automatically were ready to make it during their busy time to get the catering ready. Knowing how it is to work in this stressful situation with catering problems I let them know the next day was totally fine. If they could take care of my dinner that evening, I could pick up the catering the next day and it wouldn’t cause any issues. Nina the shift manager took care of my dinner and included a drink and extra chips and guacamole as an add on. I went to pick it up the next day on Tuesday and they had the catering ready to go with extra chicken for the inconvenience. The manager on duty included a note, please see the attached photo, and I really liked it. I love the little things and a hand written note was perfect! I will definitely be going back to this location and I really appreciated everything they did! Thank you!!!!

UPDATE WITH PICTURE: ordered delivery against my better judgement- I typically prefer to have your employees look me in the eye when you short my portions. I paid $25 for ONE BOWL, and this is what I got…… this was supposed to be extra steak too. If you don’t care about your customers, say so. Absolutely unbelievable, I will never be back.
On another order, I Got charged $38 for two bowls and a drink, one bowl had extra steak. $5.50 for extra steak, near the cost of an entire bowl. AND, they gave me laughable portions. This place is an absolute ripoff now.
