So, my boyfriend and I ordered a catering for meal prepping. We work hard and get home late and do not want to cook at the end of the day. We read about this Chipotle catering hack that everything is cooked and ready to go for an amazing price. I ordered it for pick up at the end of day on Monday and their computers had been down and didn’t have it ready. They automatically were ready to make it during their busy time to get the catering ready. Knowing how it is to work in this stressful situation with catering problems I let them know the next day was totally fine. If they could take care of my dinner that evening, I could pick up the catering the next day and it wouldn’t cause any issues. Nina the shift manager took care of my dinner and included a drink and extra chips and guacamole as an add on. I went to pick it up the next day on Tuesday and they had the catering ready to go with extra chicken for the inconvenience. The manager on duty included a note, please see the attached photo, and I really liked it. I love the little things and a hand written note was perfect! I will definitely be going back to this location and I really appreciated everything they did! Thank you!!!!

Usually this location is awesome, today I went in a little after they opened, which is at 10:45 am. All the doors were still locked and employees eating at the tables and just stared at me like I was insane. Eventually the manager let me in and was able to get food. It’s a little annoying.

This Chipotle has been spot on the last couple days. The only one with kind employees and a CLEAN LINE. High Standards and I wish I saw more reviews reflecting that. I stopped going to Chipotle for years because every location was nasty, but this one made my first meal back so good that I cane back. Lots of places don’t do that anymore but it makes a difference.

This location is significantly more expensive than others in the area (about 30% more than one less than 2 miles away). Some of the time they’re not too stingy, but the majority of the time they are. Rice is probably their cheapest ingredient yet they treat it like it’s gold for some reason. Even after requesting extra there’s barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl.

The lady in this photo is rude!She cuts all her portions in half.Ive been coming once a week for over ten years and she always refuses to give me cilantro in my burrito. She says we don’t have it.The last two times she refuses to give it to me and I have to tell her it’s in the pan behind her.She then throws it on and says what else rudely. She makes sure she controls the other workers with the portions.I have a feeling she’s related to the female manager.Never will I come back as long as she’s employed here!She’s a nasty old mean women!

so its good food but its no five star cuisine. the fact its non gmo is a big plus. service isnt bad nor is it outstanding in any kind of way, its average at worst and marginally good at best, idk what you would to to make it better for this particular business to make it pop. atmosphere is adiquate nothing old, gross, or dingy. also not every chair has back massagers, phone charging ports, good music, or anything that makes the physical experience more sensational than an average modernized eatery. its very dry in terms of soul or personality, but ifllthats not why im getting an affordable burrito with decent nutrition. im trynna bulk up son and be a lethal weapon. right now im potting up the cloud glass and programming the end time code for the dooms day fire work. dribbly sauce

Coming up at 9:50 on a Saturday to tell me your closed well then state your closed time as 9:50 and not 10pm. I’m not new to the restaurant/fast food business and worked it for many years but when we said we closed that’s when we closed. Won’t be returning to this location regardless. Sad that people have no work ethic any more. ☠️

We have been loyal customers of this Chipotle for years, but tonight we had an experience that did not meet up to the previous standards. I don’t know if this was a one time deal or if this is the new trend, but with Chipotle prices going up we cannot afford to get half-sized portions as well. If they want to keep our business then we need to see their previous standards.

We don’t deliver often because its Very Expensive were older and have food restrictions…. and we received the wrong items on the order I mean no body paid attention to the order just made it how ever you wanted it????… so disappointing and disgusting to see everything going downhill. Have not had Chipotle in a long time.. Now I will never go back EVER!
