Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the one closer to Parker. Barely greeted at the start of the order line. Politely reminded the person I wanted cheese because they immediately put the lid on after Sour cream. Now instead of getting afresh batch of cheese I was met with a few scrapes of what was left in the container. This location has more problems than any other chipotle I have been too. Just don’t waste your time here hoping for the bet you will forever be disappointed.

This Chipotle is straight-up robbing customers. I paid for double meat and received less than a single portion. Not a mistake—this is clearly intentional. They shave portions down to the absolute minimum, hoping customers won’t call it out.
I immediately returned the food and will never come back. This is deceptive, unethical, and honestly feels like a hidden tax you never agreed to. If I pay for double, I expect double—not crumbs.
Shame on Chipotle for turning portion control into legalized theft. This location is officially on my boycott list, and I strongly recommend others do the same. As long as people keep buying, they’ll keep stealing. The only way they learn is when customers walk away.

I eat at this location pretty regularly for lunch or dinner while at work. The food here is pretty tasty and the portions are very generous the majority of the time. This last visit I got the promotional beef brisket with queso. The brisket was pretty tasty and it had an okay barbecue sauce on it. It was good but probably won’t order it again because it’s not really what I want in a burrito. But if you like Chipotle this place is definitely consistent with flavor and portions that are on brand with chain.

This location will waste your time and money. If you place an online order, make sure you check it, because they will most likely mess it up. In the past, I have paid extra for guacamole and didn’t get it, and today I got their new double-protein bowl. I checked it and it’s the same amount of protein as a regular bowl that I would get. I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. It’s almost like you have to watch them carefully make your order because it definitely doesn’t save you any time to place it online. If they forget something like your three dollar guacamole, there is no way to get anyone on the phone and it’s 100 steps to try and get refunded for the missed item. I’ll be going to Park Meadows Chipotle from now on.

One of the better Chipotle location in town. My son and I went for lunch, he had a chicken burrito and I had the veggie bowl. Chicken wasn’t dry in his burrito (a problem at most locations) and my bowl was pretty good.

Ever ordered Guac and received half an avocado? I have! See picture. Let me start by saying I was trying the new “Hack” where you order a taco with all the extras on the side and add a tortilla for $.40. The idea being you can create a full burrito from the sides and taco fillings. I deliberately ordered a side of chips and guac as a failsafe in case this “hack” failed. Which it did. I can accept that I got what I paid for regarding my “Taco”, but it seems like this staff has a twisted sense of humor with this situation and wanted to make me suffer on the chips and guac as well. Really it isn’t their issue to deal with. If Chipotle allows this to happen on their online order system, the store should give the customer what they ordered. Not impressed!
