I’ve been to many Chipotle locations over the years, and Chipotle Mexican Grill, Castle Rock is easily one of the best when it comes to both food quality and service. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into a Chipotle.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept the line moving efficiently even during a busy lunch rush. It does get pretty crowded around midday, and seating is a little limited, but that’s really just a sign of how popular this location is.
The location itself is very convenient, especially being close to where I work, which makes it a go-to spot for me and my coworkers. Overall, there was great food, great service, and definitely one of the top Chipotle locations I’ve visited.

Food was not up to chipotle standards but the most annoying part was the rude staff on the burrito line. Also paid for a large guac which was like half full and the girl didn’t put the lid on all the way. That was a great surprise when I got home. Is it that awful to just be a nice person? You work in service, don’t be rude and pay attention.

Honestly, the best Chipotle I have ever eaten at. Consistently, the burritos are well-portioned and sufficiently wrapped to where I don’t have to worry about a huge mess for dinner. I usually do mobile orders, and the food is always ready by the time my app says it will be. The window custodian is always polite and friendly. Because of these things, I can reliably count on this Chipotle when I’ve had a long day at the office and am in a pinch!

The biggest problem I encountered at this location was that the two individuals at the serving station weren’t fluent in English. As a result, they started my order wrong and I couldn’t communicate to them. It wasn’t until the cashier came over and corrected it that the order was re-started correctly. Even then they handed me someone else’s filled tortilla instead of the empty one I had ordered.
As I was eating in store I watched a similar thing happen to a few different customers. The management should fix this as it was a real problem.

The staff was all awesome except the manager idk who he was (working nights on Jan 24). My only complaint was I got a bowl of white rice and that was it and he was very stingy with the portion and had me pay more than I have been charged any other time. The manager made my experience very unpleasant, other than him everyone was very nice.

Rarely dining room is really clean.
The dishes are in sight consistently and piling up.
The hot temperatures are always off. Too hot and too cold making the food dry or clumpy.
People don’t know the items on menu well. And it seems like the customers know more about chipotle than the manager or people they train.

This chipotle in my opinion is clean compared to to chipotle on founders way by Home Depot, the seating is a bit weird as you will sit down and people are rust her on the line waiting to order that is one downside there is outside seating if a arm day, the food is generally fresh, and no real complain about it is not stellar clean but like I said cleaner thN the other chipotle in town over all I give 4 stars because of the seating and food and not excel bet or super good experience I guess I will come back it wasn’t bad,

This is a brand new Chipotle near the Outlets at Castle Rock. The line cook gave me a strangely large amount of meat and salsa. She indiscriminately dumped toppings on the taco as you would expect, but also between the tacos and next to the tacos. Tacos were falling out of the basket. It was messy, but I appreciated the bonus food. My wife liked her burrito, which she noted was warm. The bathroom was clean, but one bathroom had no hand soap, which is a red flag for any restaurant. The tables were a bit dirty during the afternoon lull, but it was easy to wipe off with a napkin. The restaurant has large windows with excellent views of the Castle Rock landscapes. I would come again.

I would rate this place lower if I could. Takes a lot for me to get frustrated and the customer service here is non-existent. I made an order online and went to pick it up and they said I don’t see it yet and just went back to making other orders. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back and confirm any information at all. I stood there for another 10 minutes and the guy at the register just said we will get that ready for you in a moment. 10 more minutes went by so I had to then again ask if they had my order, when the just said no and I left the place. All they did was say sorry with no customer service to try and rectify the situation although I provided my order number and full summary of the online order. I advise to go to a different chipotle and avoid this one.
