The food is fresh however the flavors were kinda flat , generic and it cost me 12.
00 for a basic order having to m pay extra for sour cream and avocado, e tra cheese and any additional Items . Not really worth the price u less you are a mex ican food LOVER. However there are no GMO’s if I recall correctly. Very popular places and very busy . It seems it is a well loved place .

Came in at 10 PM (an hour before closing) we ordered a burrito and 2 bowls. Sofritas – adequate. Carne Asada, dry… old. Rice – old with hard clumps. And the store was out of sour cream. Really? Neither bowl was good. Was unable to finish mine (which never happens). 38.00 wasted. Very disappointing.

The employees are very rude. I work at the walgreens next door the girls have some type of animosity towards me, they’re very rude and short with me when they come into my job and when I came in today 12/23/2025 at 10:30pm the girl told me 15 min for the rice to be done. I asked if it would be done soon since it have been almost 15 min and told me it still gonna be 15 min i said but there should only be 5 left and she rolled her eyes and ignored me and continued cleaning the glass the separates the customers from the food. This is very annoying when im being a decent human being and just want to get some grub. I had a day myself but doesn’t mean to treat paying customers like shit.

I have never been to a chipotle so dirty, with horrible service! “They were out of everything” ……..no they were just lazy to leave the line and stock the containers. (While we were eating we were seeing others get shredded cheese ) No cheese, no chicken, (but they charged me for a chicken burrito) and they’re open until 11pm and it was only around 8 when we showed up but they don’t have those ingredients, come on. My husband ordered a burrito and when he asked for light sour cream and red salsa they gave him double, & threw so much on his burrito it was like soup and they didn’t even try to roll it correctly, and everyone knows that a chipotle burrito needs to be wrapped tight or it’s just a hot mess to deal with. My children wanted Queso so while they were finishing the rest of our order I asked YULISA for a LARGE Queso and chips, they gave us a small Queso, and she still wanted to charge me nearly 6$ for that baby little Queso cup, that would have given me what,…..4 dips for my chips. ??? I don’t think so lol, I reminded her nicely that I ordered a LARGE Queso, and she got so frustrated shaking her head chewing her gum 95 miles an hour……which you would think she would have a nice jawline with that gum chewing, but no ! she then rolled her eyes when I wanted to add 4x drinks to my order. (Like bookie, you picked this job not me!) I brushed it off, cause I’m like I really don’t want to have to show her my rude side for her needing to just do her job, when I asked for the receipt she stated rudely” did you not see me already throw it in your bag!!!!” I snatched my bag and walked away cause again I didn’t want to show her a taste of her own medicine and embarrass home girl in her place of employment. We were sitting at the table closest to the drinks and she had to come refill the ice, and she just tossed the bucket down on the ground hence it splattering some water near us, then my son was nice enough to grab it for her and stand it back up on her cart for her and she couldn’t even say thank you. We were enjoying the show of her being rude to every other person paying for their order and a couple literally had to tell her she didn’t give the correct change back. He needed 12$ and some change and she only gave them the 2$ and change. She has horrible customer service, can’t give change back correctly, like come on the screen literally tells you how much to give back, if you can’t count change back maybe let’s not be on the register!!!! She cleans like how I’m sure she wipes (not well) dirty hands after pushing the trash down (bare hands no gloves) then wants to restock the lids like ewwww!!!!!!I wish I would have grabbed my phone out to record that, but I was in disbelief! definitely don’t come here! Waste of your money and it ain’t cheap. And you definitely can tell YULISA hates her job . Never had this experience at chipotle before! Someone needs to give her a taste of her own medicine. I was just to nice tonight to give her any more attention then she needed. So google reviews it is ☺️ also will be calling corporate because I would like a refund or a gift card to a CLEANER, more sanitary chipotle, after witnessing YULISA and her rudeness and unsanitary cleaning habits!

I ordered a veggie burrito for dinner. It’s almost all rice! What happened to the beans, the salsa, the guac and the lettuce?! This is a huge bummer. This happened to me recently at Qdoba, but I thought Chipotle was better than that. My husband’s burrito came out just the way he ordered it. This is why I prefer to order in person instead of online.
Decided to give this place another try and was yet again disappointed. My portions were sad, the chips were stale and honestly, no exaggeration at all, my food tastes like Taco Bell. My burrito bowl looks half-eaten and I got like a tablespoon of guacamole on my veggie bowl. Extremely disappointing.

Just ordered a bowl an hour ago and it looks like someone was eating from it. I’m so disappointed that I will never return to this location. People should really give a shit when they work in the industry especially when we pay good money to eat at places like this.

This place is always open and always busy. Open till 10pm the staff is friendly but the cashier person seems to always be fifig a excuse to avoid the line so you get your food fast but if you’re first in line you might stand there waiting to pay for five minutes until they finish their “safety” break. I’m a regular there though so it’s not so bad. I have 2 other stores about equal distance from me and this is my go to location.
