DON’T use the Chipotlane (drive-thru). They never get the order right and give you half the amount of food you’ll get inside. Tonight I ordered a steak burrito with everything and only got steak, rice and hot sauce, no queso, cheese, or lettuce or anything else I ordered. It was completely drenched in the hot sauce and was disgusting. I had to throw it away, it was inedible. $18.00 down the drain. This happens every time though, so I don’t know what’s wrong with the people working in the drive-through, but always go inside so you can make sure that you’re getting what you ordered and the amount of food that you pay for.

Did not have a very good experience getting lunch here. I ordered online but their website is broken. It was completely unclear whether my order actually went through, and it did not so I had to reorder everything in person, which took forever. The chips they gave me with my queso were terrible. Obviously very stale, to the point of being chewy. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and competent, and my burrito was pretty good.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is really delicious, but often the brown rice is hard and chewy/crunchy. I don’t know if it’s undercooked or gets dried out after cooking, but it really ruins the meal even when all the other ingredients are great (which they usually are.) They do usually get my order correct! Just cook the rice better and I’ll give you a 5 star!

My burrito is so sloppy and disgusting I can’t pick it up. Like, open the foil and can’t even see the shell disgusting. And it’s not because it was big, because it is half the size of a regular burrito. Looks like they put it in a blender and dumped it in the bag. Done with this chipotle. My dog could make a more appetizing meal.

Placed an order for pickup (and tipped) but order was missing an item. Had to use the chat to deal with this, which gave me a coupon! I didn’t get the item, I don’t want a coupon, I am owed a refund. The chat ended at this point. So I called the local number. Definitely went to an international call center. Maybe 40 minutes later, after battling phone trees and customer service, I finally received my refund. This is a RIDICULOUS way to treat a customer who just spent about $80 at your store, when YOU made a mistake. If you leave out a product, you don’t get to keep my money and give me a coupon for it (a coupon that expires in a few weeks, I might add.) This may be the last time I waste my money on a company who would take mine so frivolously. Outrageous.

Worst burrito that I have been served at this location! Unwrapped it from the tinfoil and it was falling apart so bad that I had to put it in a bowl to eat it! If I had wanted a burrito bowl I would have asked for one!! Train your staff better!!!
