If you want the smallest Chipotle portion in Colorado go here! Always disappointing. I could literally see the bottom of the bowl!! I also included two pictures, the bowl I got from this location and then another I got at a better location, which had twice the amount for food. GO TO QDOBA down the street not much further!! This area has so many different options, there is a reason why this one rates 3 stars.

Holy badly trained staff, I ordered through the app and when I got home and opened my burrito bowl over half of the ingredients were missing. I got meat, rice and beans but no guac, cheese, corn or red salsa, lettuce, or sour cream. I could be blindfolded and still manage to get a more correct order out, definitely NEVER come to this location unless you love to be disappointed especially with a Qdoba just down the road

Not sure what is happening at this location. My last couple of visits I have had multiple problems. The chips were so burnt they were darker than the pieces of steak in my burrito bowl.
This most recent visit I asked for a burrito bowl. The person serving proceeded to put a 3rd of the spoon of rice in the bowl & then a 3rd scoop of beans. Then proceeded to put the remainder of the scoop of rice & beans back in the dish. I could have put both of those servings in my hand & held more.
I asked if I could please get the usual serving of rice & beans. They then sprinkled 3-4 grains of rice & maybe 6 beans into my bowl (not exaggerating). I asked what is going on with the servings & they told me management cracking down & telling them not to do the full servings because they have to “cook all the food there”….. ummm isn’t that the point of chipotle fresh in house cooked food?
I am not sure if I will be visiting the particular location any longer.
Tried one more time & not sure why I did.

Rude employees who are children, they don’t care about their jobs. The Carne Asada had a bunch of chew “fat” pieces in it that were inedible.
I went in today for a mother daughter treat with my 6 year old since, she wanted tacos so badly. I waited in line for quite some time even though there weren’t actually many customers ahead of me. There was one person making the food and one person checking people out. It was lunch time. They were SO slow. They put sour cream on my food — I’m lactose intolerant — I asked for some on the side (for my daughter), and they put it in my food. Then they didn’t even offer to remake it but said “oops”. They didn’t ask my daughter what side she wanted and handed us a gross looking tiny orange, no chips with the kids meal like they normally have.
I ordered a drink, and their Diet Coke was running completely clear. Apparently they were fully out. That was pretty frustrating. I wouldn’t have eaten there had I known that.
The teenager at the counter who refunded my drink lied to me and told me she was the general manager. Then when I asked for the managers card she basically threw it at me. I went to sit down after, and one of the rude children working behind the counter kept staring at me.

The food was AWESOME! i came in with little money thinking it was cheap and i ended getting a 2nd bowl for FREE!!! the managers are always so sweet and helpful. one of the best chipotle i’ve been too in colorado! Jasmine the GM personally manager comped my meal. hands down the best chipotle.

Went by around 2:45pm on Dec 6. Got a chicken bowl. The chicken was cold… Leads me to wonder how long it has been below temp. Management must’ve been too busy interviewing new hires to make sure their food safety standards were up to par. Prayers up for my bathroom.

Came in for a burrito and the place was filthy, tables were dirty and the line had rice and beans everywhere, maybe they just decided to not clean. As far as the service it was about as bad. Seems like a bunch of kids just hangin out, i dont think they know what they are doing. All the meat looked dry like it wasnt rotated. The barbacoa was like soup. These guys have no clue how to roll a burrito, its pretty sad. If you have 10 people on staff and you cannot keep the line or the store clean or keep the food rotating and fresh, then you just need to go. Maybe it just needs a new manager.

The last 2 times I ordered from the his location my order was made poorly. Last time they served me dry old meat which shouldn’t have been served to anyone. Today I was given 5 pieces of meat I my meal and there were other missing ingredients. They don’t seem to care about providing quality food, or accurate orders. Twice in row is what gets me. I have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Unfortunately their process of providing feedback on their website is also unsatisfactory.

Service here is going down, my bowl was tiny and there was a new guy training who incorrectly charged me for a small side of salsa. I explained to him I have been coming to Chipotle for years and have never been charged. I was charged $1.90 which is what they have chips and salsa listed for on the menu. Train your employees and watch them closer, your managers need to refund the mistake for your customers if it’s your employees error.
