This is my last time ever coming here. Started off with last at front of line not understanding English and just staring at us not comprehending my order. Asking for a children’s quesadilla. She gave us a carnitas quesadilla that’s huge and full of oily. Idk who’d eat that. All i wanted was a kids quesadilla. Then with our burritos, the smallest amount of guacamole and folded like a book. Not wrapped like a burrito. Folded in half. This is not first time I’ve had issues with employees speaking in Spanish in front of me and then arriving home to see a totally terribly made order. $50 wasted. But this is the last time.

Serious food safety concern at this location.

I found multiple hairs inside the food bowl that was prepared and served to me. I documented the contamination with photos and video and preserved the container. When I reported it to store management, I was told a refund would only be issued if I surrendered the food and removed the hairs into a cup for “corporate,” which is not an appropriate way to handle a sanitation complaint.

This is especially troubling because I had previously witnessed unsafe food handling here, where spilled food was returned to serving containers for customer use. I addressed this with staff at the time, but it appears nothing changed.

An official complaint has been submitted to the Health Department, along with photo and video evidence.

I hope this review encourages immediate corrective action to protect customers’ safety.

I don’t eat out very often and this experience has reminded me of why I don’t waste my money on take out. Today I ordered 15 items for my team at work. They didn’t put guacamole on any of the orders tha we ordered it for. They charge extra and didn’t even put it. Unacceptable. I’ve also added a pic of my barbacoa burrito which is basically a rice burrito. Do not come here. Chipotle has fallen into the gutter and there’s no helping them. Make food at home. At least you know you will get what you want.

We stopped by Chipotle for dinner, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at any location! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting…the toilets were clogged and filled, with no toilet paper in sight. It was unsanitary and completely unacceptable!
It didn’t stop there…the food prep line looked dirty, we were told they were out of guacamole, but the girl just didn’t want to get it from the back ( her coworker told her they weren’t out), they were out of chips, which were “still being made”. We waited over 15 minutes JUST for chips, and the mobile orders that had chips were prioritized over in-person guests.
Overall, the service was incredibly poor, the store was unsanitary, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. This location needs serious attention and improvements!! We won’t be back.

Had a traumatic experience ordering from door dash, thank goodness this was magically my first bite into the burrito. I am mortified and will never be eating at Chipotle again. I bit into my burrito and felt something hard, pulled out some sort of testing strip. HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT WAS, OR WHAT ITS USED FOR. Definitely going to the health department, idk what I could’ve contracted from this.

No greeting, food looks and tastes old. Steak definitely over cooked. But the main reason for the review is the serving sizes. The employee put half of every scoop she put in my bowl back. You can nearly see half of the empty bowl. So I then asked for extra steak to be given 5-6 tiny extra pieces to be charged $5. Disgusting, i think I am done with chipotle as a whole.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They consistently mess up your order. Read the other reviews. They just completely forgot to add steak to my bowl. See pics.

The pickup order staff is not friendly. They will just stare at you while you wait right next to the pickup area looking right at your food. You have to ask them for your order. This is the third time in 6 months I’ve done pickup here. Always an issue and bad customer service. This time was the last.

The portions are also tiny now. That was my order. I now know that everyone orders extra rice because the portions are so small for regular. Chipotle really fell off hard.

Went to this chipotle today. Ordered chips and queso. Queso was good until my taste buds really inspected the chip come to find out it was HORRIBLY stale. I went to the cashier to kindly ask for a new bag explaining how stale they were and was very understanding since it was pretty busy. The little girl working the cashier looked at me dead in the eye, rolls her eyes, No response turns around, grabs me a new bag of chips and does not acknowledge me afterward with an apology. She was so young that I could probably tell she wasn’t working the kitchen and making the chips by herself, as a fellow worker in the food industry, It is very courteous to apologize to customers when your business as a whole is in the wrong. after coming back to my table and digging into my now, cold queso, I again come to realize that this new bag of chips is yet against stale. As I do, love chipotle as a corporation, I can tell by the other reviews of many other angry customers, this one needs some work, and also some help with training their associates with customer service skills. ☺️

Spent ~$300 on a catering order this last Saturday for 20 ppl. I called in advance and was told the order would be ready before 4. Arrived at 4:30 and it was not ready or packed. Went through the order while there and the tortillas were missing. Also, veggie and some meat portions seemed abnormally small (see barbacoa photo) and I was told they weighed 10 oz per company policy. When I arrived home, I noticed the taco shells were all broken and the guacamole was very rancid. It tasted sour and looked brown (see photo). I had guests arriving at 5pm and tried to call at least a dozen times within a half hour of picking up my food to request a replacement—no one ever answered. I’m so disappointed with the quality of the food , potion sizes ( it as pictured), and the poor attention to detail for such a high priced order. I do not recommend.

I placed an online order for a salad with double chicken . It literally came halfway empty and barely any chicken for a regular meal , forget about double the meat which I paid additional for. They literally just threw it together and it’s cold. This isnt the first time either. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE..THEY DO NOT CARE.
