This is the most inconsistent Chipotle ever!!! The majority of the time the rice is uncooked and has not lime flavor nor even salt and your black beans are spicy without salt. My kid is not able to eat your beans, why are they so spicy???

I was chewing my burrito when I felt something hard and sharp in my mouth. I pulled a staple or some sort of metal object out of my mouth. Completely unacceptable. I already contacted support but we will see if anything comes of it.

This place is garbage. There is a reason why it’s three stars save your time don’t come here go to a different place. I came in to order two bowls they were out most of the ingredients and she was putting the scraps on my ball. I asked her for a new batch. She got extremely mad and start showing me her attitude. The balls were half full and the ingredients was the leftovers go to a different chipotle. Definitely not recommend this place.

This location, on repeated occasions, has under cooked rice. At first I thought it was a fluke, so I gave them another shot but each time the rice is crunchy. Makes me wonder if the meat is properly prepared if they can’t get something as simple as rice right. Wanted to leave a review on my DoorDash order but it was ordered by a friend.

Tonight was our first time doing an online order at this location and I have to say it was without doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle and had to throw my steak fajita bowl out when I got home and opened it. To start, both my wife’s steak fajita bowl and mine as well were missing sour cream and fajita veggies. I ordered (and paid for) double steak to which I did not get that either. They may have put three pieces of lettuce in my bowl also. There was soooo much red salsa in my bowl that it gave the whole meal a weird texture with a bunch of water sitting on the bottom. I tried to call the restaurant at least six times to speak to a manager about our order, but nobody ever picked up. Instead we got a recorded male’s voice. And we tipped well….. $ 42.00 completely wasted !!! I would not recommend this location to anybody, especially now that I see other reviews have basically the same complaints.

I placed an order online tonight, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The quesadilla had large burnt spots, and my Sofritas burrito contained barely any Sofritas—so little, in fact, that I could barely taste it. It was essentially just a rice burrito (see image attached). The guacamole was already starting to brown and lacked any flavor. I reached out to Chipotle through their online “Pepper” option, and all I received was a generic response saying they would forward my feedback about the small portions to the branch. Overall, I feel like I completely wasted my money on this meal.
Edited to add: I did reach out directly to Chipotle. I got an automatic generic response saying thank you for the feedback. No response from the actual store.

Raw chicken and old guacamole the 4 out of 5 times I went. Absolutely sad and disgusting! Management needs to step up their game. Definitely think a health inspector should be at this location more often. I had to go to the hospital from food poisoning the last time. Shame on the employees and management there.

I have gone to Chipotle at least twice a week for the better part of a decade. This particular store is by far the worst I have encountered. It seems like when I have visited this store *in person*, I MAY receive a decent meal. Even then, I ALWAYS have to ask for “extra” whatever just to equal what is a lean portion at other stores.
Tonight I made the mistake of ordering online and having it delivered. My order for my 8 year old son is always the same – extra white rice, light pinto beans, chicken, extra sour cream, and extra cheese. In most restaurants, the bulk of the extra rice ensures that the bowl is mostly filled to the top. Since I get no salsas, fajita veggies, and only light beans, it seems to me that extra rice is a fair trade off.
I have attached a picture of the bowl I received which I took just after popping the lid off. If you look at the top left of the bowl, you’ll see basically a third of the bowl is (mostly) empty. HOW? In what universe is this even a normal portion of anything, much less extra rice? I immediately attempted to make the store aware through the Chipotle app, and I received a very curt and automated reply which basically said “it sucks and we’ll try to do better next time”.
Sorry Smoky Hill Chipotle – there won’t be a next time. Even though I need to drive further to the Southlands store, I’ll put in the effort to avoid you altogether. This may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and sees me switch once and for all to Qdoba – they at least aren’t cheap and ridiculous with their portion sizes.

I placed an online order and specifically asked for extra, extra carnitas—even paid extra for it. When I got my food, there was barely any carnitas in the bowl. It’s frustrating to pay more and not get what you ordered. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. If you’re not going to honor customizations, why offer them in the first place? Really disappointing experience.

Terrible service went in there at 7:15 pm not much people there for the time to being with they gave my order to the wrong people then grabbed it from them and gave me cross contamination food I asked for fajitas and sour cream they rolled they’re eyes and ignored me.
