I’ve used this location several times since I’ve moved to this area, until now never had an issue. My order tonight however was not correct at all. I ordered 3 bowls. One was half carnitas half chicken and there was no chicken at all and very little carnitas. Also I added queso to this bowl and that is extra charge but not on the bowl at all. The two steak bowls only have like 6 pieces of steak. I asked for extra rice and got less than what I usually see for a regular serving. I asked for extra sour cream and same thing. Also I ordered on the app and used my rewards for a side of guacamole and it wasn’t in the bag either. I called customer service and she was polite. However not helpful. She said the rewards request didn’t process on the order and that all she could do is email the location manager about the issues. Just frustrating tired of paying for things and it’s not even correct! I even gave a tip on my order! Disappointed for sure!!

I don’t want a refund for my order (that should have been basic good customer service to do since they did mess up my order) however queso is $2.50 extra charge and at the least it should be credited for future order at minimum! As far as the reward not going through on the app. It’s frustrating and all that is simply needed is for it to be addressed and fixed is all I requested! Every company is quick to charge for everything and take our money but these days they are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to actual customer service and accountability when something is not correct! Just frustrating and disappointing two steak bowls and the amount of steak given is only 6/7 pieces for what is charged that’s is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

This place cooks the food very well and its always fresh. My issue with this spot is that there seems to be a real lack of education/knowledge regarding food safety and dietary restrictions and the impact cross contamination can have on certain customers. The counter for the sauce and cheese/guac station is always messy. I have not eaten meat in ten years, and I have a dietary issue with dairy as well. When I come here I have always gotten a sofritas burrito. When I ask the workers to change gloves or inform them that i cannot have dairy products after they just made an entire family’s order with cheese and messy gloves, they act all confused and frustrated and dont know what I am talking about. Not everyone wants chicken and cheese for their meals, and almost every time I’ve come here and said “no cheese” the workers will still go for a handful of cheese. It makes me feel like they arent even listening to me, and just want to push through a rush. This can be very frustrating. Please educate your staff on cross contamination and dietary restrictions

This is the first Chipolte I’ve ever been to where they are friendly from the time I walked through the door, their line is clean and they are efficient! They provided amazing portions too- usually I have to ask for more. Great job guys! Thank you!

Delicious food. Great people. Everyone was helpful and quick. Most other Chipotles have cheese in the guacamole because the workers are moving so quick but this guac was cheese free!

I can count the small pieces of meat in the items ordered.
I do not recommend using the app or getting delivery it’s always an issue with ingredient and portions.
My $91 would have been spent better on an actual sit down meal elsewhere.

The portions at chipotle are abysmal and the delivery is terrible. This used to be one of my favorite fast food chains. Good food, large portions and good quality. But now the portions are so small they hardly put any toppings on the tacos, the meat they do put on them is fatty and chewy. And half the time delivery is cold when you get it. Every time I think about giving them a chance I am disappointed every single time.

I love me some Chipotle. It’s so tasty and the kids love the cheese quesadillas, the chicken is a little spicy for children. The employees are always very helpful. My favorite is the salads, but the dressing has changed slightly.
