Absolutely embarrassing honestly, I ask for the burrito to be double wrapped so it’s easier to fold and easier to eat! You can’t get mad at yourself for folding this monstrosity and me complaining on how dumb you need to be to not use the second tortilla to help you, that’s what it’s for. Handed me the bag already leaking and forcing me to figure out how to fix this at home. It was an older women so I figure I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt but this is just stupidity I’m standing here writing this as I figure out how to refold this soggy burrito. Do better.

Always an unpleasant experience at the 1875 N Zaragoza Rd. Closing shift always seems lazy and eager to leave at 10:15 pm (closing is at 11 pm). So we can’t enjoy our food without being told every ten minutes they’re about to close. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE… our food couldn’t be heat up nor price reduced even though clearly RAW! They just continued to mix the steak saying “that’s how they’ve been selling it”. Always a bad group at that location highly don’t recommend.

i ordered a burrito tonight and i had the points to add extra meat so i used them. and wow what good did that do, i barely had anything of meat in my food! the whole thing was basically rice, it was cold and only on side had a few pieces of freaking meat. what’s the point of getting points and basically wasting them if the workers aren’t going to even pay attention and put what the customer ordered. i had to keep eating the burrito in order to find the 2-3 pieces it had! what a waste of points man. on top of that, you guys are already know to put barely any of your servings as a good amount and when we ask for more you guys charge extra. it wouldn’t be a problem if you guys put enough to begin with.

Please evaluate the people you hire here!!! Waited almost an hour to pick up my order, only to find out it was ready already! They never updated the status of the order on the app, when I told the man in the drive thru about it, he just shrugged and said okay and ignored me after. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in El Paso and by far the worst Chipotle in El Paso due to it’s staff

Do NOT come here. I asked for a salad and this is what I got. It had so much liquid on it that it spilled in my car and on my stuff. I don’t understand how an order so simple could be wrong. Wouldn’t come back here again.

Went to pick up a to go other today at around 2:30pm. The plates and the food were all smothered on what seemed to be either grease or excess oil. It even dripped to the bottom of the paper bag and stained my vehicle. This is the first time this has ever happened to me at a chipotle restaurant. Never again will I buy anything from this location. Would advise people to if possible order their food from a different location.
