I just received the order from Ubereats and BEWARE they will not adjust the price. They stacked the crunchy tacos on the bottom, the two glass bottles on their sides ontop, and then the cup of queso ontop of the bottles so of course it was opened and spilled over everything.
I cleaned up that mess and was just going to ask for a refund for the queso but then the portion sizes on the food was awful and just messy, one of the soft tacos had ONE piece of very fatty meat – that’s it! Overall everything was terrible.

George Dieter location has improved, not just with its food portions but the cleanliness and how everything looks clean and organized! I’m very impressed with how the staff has done to this place!!! The staff has been very attentive if needed anything, great customer service, indeed!!! I’m not exaggerating it’s just I’ve been to this restaurant for many years and I’m impressed on how it’s looking now and the staff, this wouldn’t have happened if it’s wasn’t for the manager, he must be doing something different and better!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I can’t believe I paid $15 dollars for this. A burrito with the scraps left over of the day and a bag of chips and guac. The burrito fits in my hand. Just tortilla and whatever they could scrape from the tin. It’s mostly tortilla. Highly disappointed with this location. Feel totally ripped off.

I ordered some burrito bowls last night for me and my family through the app. I was scheduled to pick it up at 9:30pm. (30 minutes before closing) I arrived 10 minutes early and my food was already ready to pick-up. When I got home I my food was refrigerator cold. It really felt like it came out the fridge.. My wife and daughter bowls were wrong and the food potions were reeeaaally small. (see pictures) Had to go out again and get some burgers because this food terribly dry.

This is the only Chipotle I will be going to while in el paso. The best of the best top tier! Ashley will get you right! The serving/ portion was on point. Sophia’s customer service was also on point. You can not go anywhere else and get food this rewarding and customer service this refreshing.
