Visited restaurant to try the new chicken al pastor. The restaurant was dirty. I was helped by a female by the name Aylor, she had a horrible attitude I asked for extra queso and she pour very little. Then the cashier was just as bad as her Aaron. If you are so miserable with your job quit. Chipotle is a high end expensive fast food restaurant , the last thing customers need is Miserable employees.

I’m giving this location a 1 out of 10. I placed an online order, and not only were the items mixed up and incorrect, but the portions were extremely small even after paying extra for additional ingredients. The presentation looked as if everything had been carelessly tossed together, and the food itself was inexplicably soupy. By the time I picked it up, the bag was damp from improper handling.
After a long workday, all I wanted was a simple, well-made meal. I usually go to the West Town Plaza location, but since I was leaving work nearby, I decided to give this one a try. Safe to say I’ll be sticking with West Town Plaza for my Chipotle fix going forward.

I live the same distance from this location vs the fountains and I stopped going to the fountains. The prep people here are just really good. The guac is always on point, the seasoning/marinade on all their protein is perfect, and their rice options are always beautifully cooked and seasoned right. Their staff is so quick and courteous to me all the time and one time they exchanged my slightly undercooked chip bag happily. Love this location.

Came in for dinner and got a bowl as usual, some days the staff are great and do an amazing job but today it was awful. I understand that it was dinner rush but I had asked for extra protein on my bowl and got barely anything extra, she scooped plenty of rice and other things so I know it wasn’t just an overall scoop issue, the guacamole today is also very bland, almost no seasoning or anything it. Very disappointed in my meal today.

Not only is the food expensive for the small portions they make you practically beg for, the customer service is TRASH at this location. Today’s visit 2/25/26 I was rushed, given minimal portions of my request, and all with rude, disrespectful behavior. Why have these kids work here if they’re not going to treat people with respect and kindness? This isn’t the first time I have to write a review for this restaurant. Seems like nothing has changed.

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. On some days, the food is really good, the portions are appropriate and it all becomes a great experience. And lately on most days that we pickup, it’s the opposite. This particular visit, I did a pickup order, there’s were hardly any customers. There were quite a few by counter area and not one person greeted me until I did. Then I ask for my order, young lady goes up looks at one order out of many and says, I don’t know. A guy goes and looks at more orders and finds it.
The black beans tasted like they were scooped straight out of the can. The quesadillas were good. The rice was hard.

This is the “serving” of protein according to the employees. When I asked if I can have a little more the older lady told me that’s the serving and assisted the people behind me instead of adding a little more to make it an actual scoop. Smh ♀️ The two ladies assisting clearly had an attitude issue over asking for the appropriate amount of protein to go with the bowl I’m purchasing. I don’t understand how this is even accurate either way customer service is clearly lacking and they don’t care to portion it accurately either.
