I work at this shopping center and most days I like to pick food up on my way home although I have a 30 minute commute. I will usually order my sour cream and salsa on the side to avoid my food from getting soggy. I was told today I would have to pay $1 for each side that does not get put into my bowl. I asked if I had gotten it in my bowl if I would be charged and she said no, only because I’m asking for it on the side that it would have to be charged extra. Every other location does not charge me since it’s a free topping but apparently this location likes to upcharge customers.

Staff is fun, they get you through the line quickly. I order the bowls with brown rise, then load me up. It’s ok to spend more for Guacamole, it’s fresh. Nice store, friendly staff.

I ordered my food to go as always and I’m not sure what I found in my food. Barbacoa bone or something. It freaked me out and I couldn’t go back to the restaurant to show them because I had a short amount of time to eat and go pick up my daughter and run errands. 🙁 My food was also cold and I picked it up right at the time set for pick up .Didn’t look very appetizing when I lifted the foil. Wish I lived closer to the fountains location. They always got it right!

I have been an active customer of chipotle restaurants for years now, I eat chipotle at least twice per week. I live in Dallas but El Paso is my hometown. Come here every time I can. Today I visited this location and had the worst experience. I ordered a chicken bowl. The portions served of ALL the ingredients are the SMALLEST I have ever seen. The rise didn’t even covered the bottom of the bowl, the beans were just a handful of them, but the portion of chicken was less than a third of the spoon they used. The cheese was joke, just a tiny spread, even the lettuce! It was depressing watching that bowl, I could see empty gaps tan the corners. Tiny-small portions served. I told the girl at the cashier that in my many times eating at chipotle at Dallas/Ft worth/Arlington/Houston/Waco/san Antonio this was the smallest portion served. She looked at the bowl and with a careles attitude said the chicken bowl ok, it can only have 6 ounces of chicken. Every chipotle location is different. I didn’t want to argue so I paid. Minutes later one of the employees sat close to me with a bowl fully stocked up, loaded up, just like the way it supposed to be. A decent amount of all ingredients, she could it even put the cap on it. So I told her about my experience. She said “I will tell them”. Of course she continued eating and forgot about me. I looked to the kitchen and the cashier was playing around with the other kids. Customer service is also an issue here. I definitely will not come back to this location. Sadly my hometown has the worst chipotle location of Texas..

the girl who takes my order is super rude, when u ask for something she acts like its coming out of her check, and makes u feel stupid when you ask for anything and gives dirty looks, makes u super uncomfortable, matter of fact every girl whose taken my order has been rude, the guys are the only nice ones, get better employees with better attitude and hospitality
