If I’m paying $20 for a bowl, they better fill it. Companies forget that the customers pay their bills, I hope they’re not breathing down the workers necks and telling them how much to add and to not fill it bcs I’ve worked ff and have had a manager tell that to me. Ordering $20 I want a full bowl, mine was fuller than most tho. But after placing my order online and going in person and it still not being ready, I saw the line of orders they were skimping on bcs they were in a rush or something. They also somehow got my bag dirty and leaking, nothing was leaking from my bowl so it must’ve been something else that wasn’t my food. They also never have any vinnegrette which is disappointing as a lot of us do like it. Decided to come back after awhile and the food is great and my bowl is missing a gap but I see others had it worse. Regardless we paying $20 for our meal and OG also charges $20 for theirs and they fill their plate, I expect the same anywhere else when it’s this expensive.

I just moved here and comfort food. I ordered a burrito (in the app) with a tomatillo-red; instead I got fresh tomato salsa. I don’t know if anyone else has tried it, but, for me, it made the burrito inedible. It was disgusting.
Was the food ready in time? Yes. Was it hot? Yes. But none of that matters if I can’t eat it without gagging.

This place does not give as much meat as San Angelo Chipotle. The bowl is not even 1/2 full and it has rice peppers and cheese too. I had to ask if there was meat because I couldn’t see a lot of it. Get rid of the flat spoons and get proper measuring cup ladles. I think I’m not going to come back.

My wife and I enjoy the food at Chipotle. Wish I had better things to say about this specific location. After our work out my wife and I show up about an hour to 1.5 hours prior to their dinner rush probably begins as people generally would begin leaving work. I believe I counted 8-9 employees while I waited in a line that stretched to the door with merely one poor lady serving from what seemed to be a very depleted food line. Customers, including ourselves, were being told “sorry we are out of that” and “you can wait 20 minutes”. I think what bothered me most was not that they didn’t have the food I desired available and so I went without but more that employees just seemed indifferent and unsympathetic. This “team” felt completely disconnected and lacked leadership. I don’t need to ask any questions about how this situation came about. In my attempt to feel better about our trip across town to eat at this destination I do remember I asked if for the inconvenience my wife could have her small queso free of charge and the clerk refused (which is acceptable given he may not possess the proper authority) but made the comment “look I don’t make the prices”. Well it is apparent he nor the other 7-8 employees present make the food either.

I ordered through door dash and paid $55 all for you guys not to add what I wanted to my order. Both mine and my friend’s orders were missing what we chose through door dash. Avocado, lettuce and red salsa. Which we PAID FOR. And you guys had the audacity to place the stickers on our bowls with what they came with! Pay attention next time, I understand the rush hour for lunch BUT STILL. It’s always something! Do better. My door dasher did great in delivering our food successfully but y’all butchered the order.

This is the worst thing I’ve seen in a restaurant, much less, a Chipotle.
I came in yesterday 12/7/24 to get a late lunch. (2:40pm) It was probably as dirty in this Chipotle as I’ve ever seen it. Every single table had trash, and almost every inch of the floor there was visible dirt and food. In the almost 50+ mins I was in there, I didn’t see one employee clean one single part of the dining area. They were not excessively busy or understaffed.
A gentleman at the end of the long barstool table near the entrance, unfortunately, was sick and vomited in the walkway. The staff at the register were informed within 2 minutes or less. After about four customers walked through the sick and were tracking it into the line to order. I tried to wave them around, but to little effect. So, with the help of one of the neighboring tables, I barricaded part of the entrance and the entire beginning of the line. After about 10-15 minutes of waving people around the spillage, I began to wonder how long it would take for someone to clean this up. Seeing as not one single employee had come to even look at the mess, I began to be a bit more concerned. I decided to set a timer and wait and see if they even cared enough to come look at the bio and fire hazard. After about 35 minutes, one employee walked to the bathroom, then over to the mess, looked it over, and proceeded to exit through the side door. After another 20 minutes, I left disgusted. For all I know, it still has not been cleaned up.
They were fine with having vomit tracked over every part of their floor by every unwitting customer for the rest of the day. It was unbelievably concerning and gross. You have to wonder what other health standards and basic cleanliness are not being followed in the back.
It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Literally, the previous time, I was in this Chipotle, I ordered a burrito with double meat and I only was able to get through about 1/3 of it and had to throw away the rest, because the rice was so undercooked, it was crunchy.
Now that I’m here, I’ll list some of the other main problems. I’ve never seen a Chipotle have more issues. For months, this Chipotle has had no ice in the machine and / or the fountain out of service. (I’m pretty sure no one wants to just bring the ice from the back) They often don’t bother to make the tea. They’re not often filling the other non soda drink machine up. So there’s just always something that’s not made or not right. The water itself tastes funky. I think it’s straight Midland tap water…. This place needs to be inspected.

I’m so bummed. I’m pregnant and was craving Chipotle so I ordered in UberEats. I specifically asked for black beans and didn’t get any. I realized too late, when I was already digging in and wondered why it didn’t taste great. ☹️ it wouldn’t be such a big deal but I’m pregnant and was dying for this !

Chipotle is definitely not the way I remember it. I couldn’t eat 90% of the steak that was in my burrito, meaning it was too chewy to even break down. Alright, won’t be going back.Plenty of real mexican food places in town.
