I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Brianna! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and super attentive. She made my bowl perfectly, paid attention to the portions, and didn’t rush me even though the line was moving quickly.
What really stood out was her positive attitude — she was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was right. It’s rare to see that level of customer service, especially during a busy shift.
Brianna definitely made my visit better, and employees like her are the reason I’ll keep coming back!

I’ll start this with I don’t typically write reviews on places. However the last several times I have visited this located after about 10:00 they seem to be ready to leave. For example I got here at 10:10 pm stood in line and noticed the grill was shutdown and they were cleaning it. The line was long and by the time I got up there they had 0 steak, a little chicken, 0 black beans and tried to refuse to give me rice. If the location is open until 11:00 then service should be provided til 11:00 pm unless our food gets discounted for being cold and half full bowls.

With that being said, what is up with all the moody, snobby girls who work here❓ I’ve been twice over a few days to get food for my lady and it’s like talking to a wall. Zero personality, no smiles. Do these employers treat these guys like numbers cause me the customer got treated like less. My first time going they didn’t give me guacamole as I asked. Maybe I should have stayed and hovered over my bowl being made instead of moving to choose my next item. Next time I go my lettuce and pico gets left off . Felt very intentional cause I’m standing there looking. Surprised me❗This very consistent attitudes, behaviors and dismissals do not make me want to come back and give you $16.09 for a bowl. Oh yeah, they didn’t hand me any eating utensil either. Is this how they do things at Chipotle ❓

I had order on the app and I had asked for extra rice and it wasn’t even hardly any rice in my bowl. The bowl was halfway filled. I paid almost $20 for that and then I got a bag of chips that were all hard and half filled I got a large bag of chips and literally there were currently any chips in there. I don’t know. I don’t think they know how to read or I don’t think they know how to do Their jobs right

guy on the line wouldn’t tell me his name , (wears hat backwards) but very rude & bad attitude. portioning got smaller after i told him double. need to get better employees. rolling his eyes after i ordered. kept asking ” ANYTHING ELSE” very rude. paid $50 for horrible service. will not be returning.

Ugh! I love Chipotle burritos, but this place was the worst. I went there with my wife and three kids. The food that was supposed to be hot was barely warm. The sour cream was spilled on the counter and in other bins. Pretty skimpy portions, and a terrible wrap job. The girl that rang us up made a rude comment about my wife and our marriage that was baseless and unprovoked. And to cap it all off, the tables and floor were filthy. So gross!!! The manager should be fired. Avoid this place!!!

The food was good but i feel like i got robbed i ate the food and i was still hungry and all i had was rice and beans and a little of asada . Ive never ate at a restaurant and left hungry . The guy didnt tell me i could get extra rice or beans the rice didnt even touch both sides of the bowl. I dunno if i was part of a social experiment or what but I’d never do a customer like that.

This location was terrible. Had a pick up order. Food was absolutely stone cold. The meat came straight out of the fridge into the tortilla. The taco was cold AND soggy. Wish I could give zero stars. Biggest waste of $50 ever. Food went straight into the trash. Don’t waste your money here.

I have been eating at this chipotle for the past couple of years for when i get off work or out of class, However recently if i online order i get small portions and sometimes my order is wrong.
The picture below is my bowl (i shake it up so everything mixes) and i paid 15.5 for the food, but it was such a small amount of food… And to add on, it was the Chipotle Chicken and not the regular when that is not what i asked for.
I ordered through the mobile app and somehow my order was still incorrect unfortunately, not to add i put double chicken for the order as well.
