Do not eat here. The service was terrible. There was nobody in line in front of me. There were 3 people behind the counter. I sat for 5 minutes and nobody came to help me. After I finally got help with my food, I sat at the counter while the 3 employees worked on a single online order. Once I got home to eat, I found a substantial sized piece of paper in my food. I don’t know what it’s from, but it is unacceptable. When I called to complain, they wanted to give me free entrees that expired in 30 days, not my money back. When I said I want my refund, I was informed they could put in a request but it was not a guarantee. Everything about this chipotle is terrible. Avoid at all cost.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This location needs a major overhaul. We visited on February 28, 2026. First, the bowl portions are maybe half, at best, what they used to be. Second, the tiny bit of queso that was left was cold and lumpy. We asked for fresh and were told it would be several minutes. Third, there was no ice in the ice dispensers. We were told it would also be several minutes, knowing we were waiting to fill our drinks. Fourth, the steak had so much salt that I wasn’t able to finish my meal. Fifth, the women’s bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely poor.

I came here on a road trip I spent $43 here after I spent the $43 I realized after I sat down that I had a reward for free chips it was going to expire tomorrow so I went up to the cashier and said can I get my reward she said no you have to make a purchase I said I did $43 she said no you got to make another one so my son needed another tortilla so I went up there and bought another tortilla and so I said now can I get my reward for my chips she said no it has to be $5 or more purchase to get the reward so I still didn’t get my reward that’s bad customer service so there’s a lot of places to eat around here you ought to eat somewhere else cuz they’re just going to treat you like a number customer satisfaction don’t exist here now if management reaches out to me and offers me something I might change this review but up till now there’s been nothing done for me so just keep that in consideration they don’t need your money here they must have plenty or they would treat customers better God bless

Not sure what happened this time, but if give a good review then I also have to give a bad review. We had a good experience upon getting our order and when we sat down to enjoy our food. But whenever it was time for us to go and we had leftovers, I go ask for a simple requests of lids. Both the cashier/ guy making order and manager, excuse me for mispronouncing or spelling, but Mershul the manager both looked at me dumbfounded like and ignored me. As a matter fact the manager saw me standing there waiting patiently for someone to ask if I needed help. Obviously I’m not standing there for no reason. Anyway I’ve always had awesome experiences here, never had an issue getting a lid for my leftovers. But seems like today wasn’t there day i guess. But still don’t excuse to look at me dumb and ignore me either.

Dont come to this location. I placed an order on September 9th. Half way into my bowl I bit onto something hard. It was a nail. I tried calling, then went into the store with my bowl to show the manager. Didn’t look at it or acknowledge the safety hazard. They asked if I wanted it remade, I will not be eating from there anymore.

Didn’t even fill the bowl with rice, I could literally see the bottom. Super skimpy with the chicken too. I asked for a little more and she immediately said “double?” I explained I just wanted a bit more, politely, and she told me I’d have to pay. This bowl barely had any food in it, and the service was subpar.

Disappointed with this chipotle branch. Went for dinner, Service was so slow and the restaurant itself was dirty, unorganized, did not have any cutlery available. Food tasted good but that’s by default chipotle food. Paid for extra guacamole and was given only a small spoonful of it. Will not return here and will recommend going to any other branch.

The food counter was messy, with food scattered around, and the staff seemed annoyed or uninterested in helping customers. It also felt like they were intentionally giving smaller portions because they didn’t want to bother cooking more food. This was the Chipotle location that served the smallest portions out of all the ones I’ve been to. I visit this location occasionally because the outlet doesn’t have many other options, but every time I order here, I end up feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
