Everytime I order my kids their kids meals online the order is wrong and not correct. So I am forced to order the kids meals inside. I tried to go order my food as well since I have to go inside anyway and was told they don’t make their quesadillas in line. This is crap I’m not going place two separate orders one online and one in store just to eat this crappy excuse for “healthy food”. The place is always dirty, trash in hallways, trash overflowing, the drinks are always empty and the employees are always rude and standoffish. Not sure how this place is still operating.

Ordering online from Chipotle can be convenient, but the portions often don’t live up to the price. The bowls and burritos tend to be lighter than when ordering in person, which makes the meal feel less satisfying for the cost. On top of that, while the extras like queso are charged quickly and without issue, the value doesn’t match what you’re paying for. Overall, the efficiency in charging for add-ons isn’t matched by consistency in portion sizes, which makes the online experience fall short compared to in-store. Moral of the story, do better Chipotle or I can take my $14 elsewhere

I ordered through the app after workand The service was fine and all the indergerients were good . The only experience I had is when I had my bowl the rice was cooked dry and it was crunchy. I wish I could let them know and I been to different restaurants can cook rice well also sweet tea was very unsweetened. The portions are so small that I can see the bottom of the bowl on the top right of the picture. If I went in line they would have given me a bigger portion size.

Today I placed a group order with this location through Uber eats. My team is here for a volleyball tournament and we had 11 girls that needed food. We placed the Uber eats order around 5:30 PM for delivery around 8:30 PM.
At 8:01 PM, all of the parents who had already paid for the meal got canceled notifications. So in the middle of a tournament while my team is playing, we are now having to scramble for dinner for the night. This chipotle location should be kicked off of Uber eats. If they can’t in one of their slowest periods of the night on a Saturday night around 7 o’clock start preparing orders for delivery. They should not be participating in Uber eats delivery. This was at least a $300-$400 order that was canceled by this location with three + hours of lead time to either let us know that you were going to cancel it or start prepping this orders.
Please think twice about placing delivery orders with this location.

Edit: Look at the other reviews for this location, folks. There are clearly disgruntled people working here who will try to ruin the dinner you paid for because they’re upset you ordered online. Not cool.

Pleasantly surprised! Stopped in for lunch before doing some shopping. This store was fast! The food was so FRESH, the dining room was very clean, and the salsa was hot and delicious. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in awhile, and I won’t wait so long to go back, everything was great- even the iced tea was perfect.

Worst Chipotle ever. Don’t order double chick. Instead of two scoops you get 1 1/2 and they return some of the 1/2 scoop. I pointed it out and paid for another side so I could get what I ordered. Time to eat elsewhere. Getting tired of over or under seasoned meat. Uncooked rice. They just suck here and I’ve learned my lesson. Lame

11 dollars around 12:07 11/25 for this I don’t know what training they do or if the employees make a profit in the sale of food they always make me a correct bowl this time a new guy made me this one I went to the store and asked to take it I really don’t go back to this chipotle anymore I’m going to the other next Walmart there at least I really have a good food

Everything is usually great, except the chips. I went 3 times in a row and they were stale everytime lol. I’m wondering if the chips are prepped early in the morning, or if bags from the previous days are used which I suspect is the case and the paper bags just don’t do a good job of keeping them fresh. I realized this after I bought some that were decently good, but left leftovers rolled up in a bag overnight and they were stale.
