ordered chips and guac on uber eats and it arrived unironically expired, we ordered at noon and they sent us two guacs from the day before, with the surface almost entirely brown.
someone said it was ok to eat as long as you toss the brown part out and so we had food poisoning.
the chips were also stale and soggy
and this is not the first negative experience we had there but this might be worst experience i’ve ever had in a restaurant, ive seen bad but never expired food being served to me thats a new one

The chips were very stale and corn salsa was still very frozen. Overall meh. Staff was very nice though 🙂
It wasnt busy and they got through orders very fast too.
I usually love the chipotle chips so it was a bummer they were trash worthy this time.

I paid $12.12 for this bowl, and the portion was extremely small. For this price, customers should receive a full and consistent serving. This location needs to improve its portion standards. I moved the food to the side to show how small the portion was.

My burrito collapses everytime! They need to learn to wrap correctly. Also there is no salt in anything. Not the meat nor the beans. Go to Austin for a decent burrito. Hutto Chipotle is not it.

First timer lol NOT WORTH THE HYPE…WAS OKAY… an honest 6/10 …. What kind of place serves tortillas cold? If I knew that I would’ve asked for them to warm it up. Service at the pick up window was great, and no long wait time. Well portioned and their salsas were good no doubt!

We’ve been coming here ever since they opened and we loved it at first, but we started noticing a decline in customer service and food quantity
Right when we started ordering earlier today, the blonde girl with a braid was giving us attitude and rolling her eyes at every step. We normally ask for extra rice and toppings, but we had to ask over three times just to get a regular portion, and at some point they started to interrupt us and rush through it so that we couldn’t ask for extra. The other girl was also rude and rolling her eyes and didn’t even try to put the food in the bowl. She looked straight ahead at us and threw lettuce and cheese at the bowl and most of it fell out and she didn’t even try to fix it. When we would ask for more to make up for what fell, she barely gave us any. I think it’s ridiculous that it takes more than three times to ask for something extra just to get a sufficient amount, especially for protein since we are paying for double. The girls at the register are always nice, but teach the girls on the line assembling the food to not roll their eyes and ignore the guest. I understand having a bad day or a “slip up”, but there’s no excuse for horrible customer service everytime we decide to go.
The picture is one of the orders that we asked for double everything, and it looks like half of it is missing.
Don’t go here unless you like being ignored and borderline disrespected by their workers.

I almost didn’t eat here when I saw the rating, but I’m glad I went in. This is your typical Chipotle. The portions were above average, and they had no issues with customizations. They were quick, but it is an older style Chipotle with limited seating. Overall, it was a great experience.

(10:40 pm – 10:50 pm or so on the date of this review) Drove through the Chipotlane and noticed that the beeper that sounded when I pulled up went unnoticed so I decided to see how long I could remain that way while enjoying my time watching shows and making funny faces at workers. Sadly it had to get ruined when someone pulled up behind me and wanted a turn so I sadly ended up having to go inside while the lady that was behind me laughed from her warm car. 10/10 would go again
