This was my second time being in there and it will be my last. The place is dirty, they serve you kid’s portions and they ran out of stuff (first time was the barbacoa second time chips) and want to give you whatever they want. There were some barbacoa on the to go side. But they decided to give me chicken instead, until I ask them to check on the other side, then they charge me extra for the Barbacoa because they had already put the chiken in my plate. So sad the place is brand new and looks so dirty

Place was very dirty to begin with then we waited in line and while getting our order they mentioned they didn’t have guacamole(then the drive through guy had some), veggie fajitas, corn, pico de gallo and they mentioned they can’t restock at all. Imagine paying full price and not receiving what you wanted! I will rather go to the other location.

I went to pick up my order their portions size look a lot smaller than other chipotle’s. The burrito was thin, my guac wasn’t filled all the way like it normally is. I went through the drive-through digital pick up, and I had also ordered an agua Fresca But was told they don’t do that in the drive-through so I would have to get off which kinda of defeats the purpose.

The employees there are rude! And they just started? They didn’t even give me a chance and speak about adding certain items. They just passed it on and had annoyed faces? I’m very disappointed and it just opened. My food doesn’t even taste good, I’m upset.

It’s a shame. I was expecting more from Chipotle to give us a better atmosphere and service. In there commercial the food plates look full and vibrant but here they pinch and count what they serve you. We have came to this location twice cause its closer to our home. Never again well we come back here. Shame that it’s new but it’s dirty and twice they lack to have food ready and nothing in stock like the chip.
Who ever is training these new employees is doing a horrible job.
We love Chipotle and we’re excited to have one closer to us but we are not coming back to this one.

Absolutely abysmal, the manager (guy) is terrible, got a side of guac and they decide to penny pinch, very snarky and slow, food looks undercooked majority of time. Would not recommend this location , drive to McAllen instead.
