Fast service. I order the bowl pretty good. I used to order the burrito but i prefer the bowl you can eat it better. Place was kind of dirty.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Informed employees of my dietary restriction (Gluten Intolerance) they handled the situation perfectly! A bowl was made with fresh ingredients and change of cutlery that was used to serve ingredients. Will definitely be coming back soon!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who have similar restrictions!!!

I read some previous reviews and they weren’t describing good but I took a chance. I walked in and I was able to order quickly. I was heard and my order was completed in probably like 5 min. The selection of food is right in front of you. I got a steak burrito with queso, black beans, and brown rice. It was delicious and hearty. I wasn’t to finish the burrito in one sitting. Made for a nice breakfast when I woke in the morning. I will go back again expecting the same service or better.

I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle right before their grand opening, and it already looks like it’s set to be an amazing spot! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I tried both the burrito and the bowl – both were expertly made and delicious. As a bonus, they gifted me an avocado keychain that I absolutely love! Can’t wait to see this place thrive; it’s already off to a fantastic start.

If you sell a product make sure the environment is welcoming and you enjoy what you do. Definitely needs some positive energy!
I hope Chipotle can dig themselves out of this hole, wishing Chipotle the best. Over all a major decline at all locations in the last year or two. Hope to try you again once you have new leadership and return to your core beliefs / values.

staff was rude and hasty even tho i was the only person in line. i ordered a barbacoa bowl and had to pay $5.60 for the other half scoop the girl making my bowl didn’t give me. also there was pieces of plastic in my food. the chimichurri sauce was good tho

We really like chipotle and we always pick dome up when we can, but the location in brownsville is one of the most terribly managed locations. They never have enough workers at peak times. They always run out of food because they over serve others. Serving sizes are always so bad or inconsistent. The manager or supervisor that is there seems like she doesn’t even care. She just stands there while her workers struggle.

This is my favorite restaurant but every time I come here I watch the workers slap my food into the bowl and spill it everywhere because they’re in such a rush. They have a horrible attitude and I get more turned off from this place every time I come. 30 seconds isn’t enough time to make the bowl properly. You’re losing so much business.

I’m between a 3-4 stars on the food. Everything was good but for brownish looking lettuce. I’d rather eat at home for that. Order was crunchy tacos . Asked the girl if she wasn’t going to place them on a plate (had placed them on foil).She asked me if it was to go. I said no. She made a face and proceeded in placing them on a tray. They usually ask if it’s to go or eat there.
I don’t know if it’s short staffed or what. But both Brownsville & Harlingen location need to keep up with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables are not maintained. Everything else is ok.
