I don’t hardy post reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a bag of chips with salsa, side of queso and their new protein BOWL of steak. Ordered online and also tipped $2. The total was $13.96 for a half bag of stale chips and a CONDIMENT size cup of steak. 5.60 just for this small size portion of steak lol. Will never go back or support. Should have supported local anyways and I would have got A LOT more food and it would have tasted better.

The girl serving us had an attitude and the other worker who was checking the temperature of the foods on display was taking the temperature and not wiping the thermometer after each dip. I’m taking culinary arts and this is one of the first things we learned to do in my safety and sanitation class. I didn’t get sick afterwards tho so I’m not complaining, just making whoever is in charge of this aware of what happened. We chose this location bc the one in Corpus Christi is always packed. I wanted the asada but there was barely any and it looked very dry. We would go back to this location again tho, just because of how fast service was. I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was realllyyy good. The barbacoa.

I really want to like this Chipotle, but can’t. I gave them 4 tries. Mobile orders are slighted in meat! I paid for Double chicken, i got less qty. than a regular order. 1 large pc was gristle! Most of the order was rice. Asked for extra tortilla, 1/3 was dried up right when i got it. Previous mobile orders…beef was tough, extra lettuce was not extra. I give up on mobile order. ⭐️ONE STAR portland, you can do better!

i ordered a bowl with no extra rice, they filled my bowl up completely with rice. I guess they don’t put any effort into making mobile orders, it had barley any other ingredients mainly rice and im very upset because who wants to spend 20 dollars on a bowl filled with rice

Last time. Food sits not fresh. Hate how you have to actually walk in to see what looks edible. Smh I don’t understand. Cant every fastfood just adopt Chic Fil As model of cleanliness and freshness?? I really gave this place multiple trys but not worth it. Save your money and your stomach. Such a shame. Regional manager should really camp out there for awhile to get it up to standards.

I got 3 tacos, one of each kind. I let them know it was my first visit. I liked the chicken but it was cold. With a carry out I could’ve microwaved but due to packaging it all fixed I couldn’t. Everybody else separates Pico from cheese & lettuce with a shell filled with meat. The steak was too tough to chew, also cold. I liked the mild sauce and the pinto beans. Thank God they didn’t throw those on the taco too! I stopped them. The taco shell was also flavorful. The lettuce was perfect & fresh. Im glad I was at home where I have my own forks because they didn’t give me one. Iwon’t be back however. There are so many other places around town that pay closer attention to details like cold entrees and eating utensils. For less than $10.

Poor customer service and food was horrible. Placed an order and missing chips and the lady would not give me a refund because they were out. She stated I had to call customer service. Ughhh ok so replace it with something else. She said she couldn’t I needed to call customer service. I didn’t order from them I ordered from your store. I get its just chips but I was charged for that. Never will I order from this place again. Customer service was horrible, food was horrible. Please get better service or take a class in customer service. Ive managed a restaurant before so I know what needs to be done and sadly your store lacks that !

Pretty much checks all the complaints boxes from every other review. Dirty restaurant, very slow service, not the freshest food. They did not bother to tell me they were out of cheese at all until after I got the food, the rice was very hard and crunchy either crazy stale or bottom of pan scraped dregs. They told me they were out of white rice when they weren’t it was just lazyness. Gave and charged for extra barbacoa when it wasn’t requested, employees generally not engaging with you. One of the worst trips to chipotle I’ve had, at least the soda was stocked since they’re usually all out of syrup.

This place totally frustrated me. So I went here a couple days ago and I ended up getting sick by it but this isn’t even my main issue. I get there today to give it another try and when I get up in line they said “we don’t have chicken barbacoa or steak right now” so I’m thinking what the heck DO you have??! So I asked how long will it take and they said 10 minutes. 15 went by and I go to get a burrito and the server completely rationed the dang portions and made me a little ahh taco looking burrito. Like dude seriously I wait all this time just to give me wack portions? Does it come out of your paycheck bud? I just can’t. Totally ruined my already frustrating night. PUT LARGER PORTIONS?!? Stop being so shy!

My wife and I went there last night for food around 9pm took them awhile to greet us and we had to wait about 5-8 minutes for the chicken to be done for the Bowles After the chicken was “Cook” we proceeded and they didn’t have any lettuce, cheese, cook pepper and onions. We got home and ate food and instantly stomach turned after few bites. Will no be going back there again
