Theyve messed up our orders multiple times. We picked up our order, no chips, and gave us a burrito bowl when we asked for a burrito. The sticker on the bowl literally says its supposed to be a burrito so im confused on how that even happened lol. As for the chips, the sticker is on the bag saying we ordered chips so also not sure how they messed that up. Then we found a hair in one of the bowls on top of that lmao. My point is, if youre going to place an online order from this location , make sure you check your order before you leave because they clearly dont

I love this chipotle but it was so busy tonight and this poor gentleman was working the line inside by himself while his two other coworkers sat in the back by the window and chatted. There was food that needed to be cooked and a line out the door but no one was helping him get through the people inside the building. He provided excellent service and managed to fly through everyone but it’s not okay that they just sat in the back like that.

I never leave bad reviews, even when I have a poor experience, because I try to be forgiving and give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a one time issue or situation. But, this Chipotle has consistently had issues at dinner time having enough chicken, steak, and other items when they are at their busiest. I don’t understand how this happens between 5:00-7:00 PM almost every time I’ve visited over the past year. The food is fine, but I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes or more because they’re out of something. It’s happened when I go inside and when I’ve ordered ahead for the drive through, and there just must be a breakdown in leadership or communication for this to happen so often. If you are running low on chicken (probably the most popular item) there should be chicken being prepped. It is not that hard. I would love it if management would address this, and if it gets fixed I’ll delete this review.

This location is inconsistent. Portion will be either big or small. The one thing I didn’t like about this location is the rice. The rice they put is not fully cooked. They need someone to actually check it before doing anything with it. It made my burrito taste like crap. I had to scoop all the uncooked rice and all I was left with was the meat and veggies. It was terrible because I was looking forward to eating my food. If you like uncooked rice, then this is the spot. Haha

This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Chipotle has always done well with service and especially food until tonight. My wife ordered through the app and I went to pick it up.

I asked about the drinks she ordered us and the gentleman working the drive through window told me they had already poured the drink out that we ordered and insisted we take a drink that we did not want. I asked him about a refund and he told me I needed to request it online. That was just the beginning.

After getting home and attempting to eat- the chips were burnt and the way we ordered our food was completely disregarded. None of it was right. And the food tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The tacos were the worst. And no I’m not exaggerating. The main priority appeared to be leaving. Customer service meant nothing to them. If you want good food from Chipotle, this is not the place you want to visit. Trust. And they must’ve been trying to get rid of the lettuce or thought we were rabbits. I’m not sure.

I would not recommend visiting this location. I suggest going to the Windcrest or Universal City branch instead—the service and food quality there are significantly better.

At this location, my food was served cold even though I had just placed the order. Mobile and Uber Eats orders are not handled properly. Instead of being placed on the designated pickle shelf for in-store pickup, my order was left sitting in the kitchen. I had to cut in line and ask for it, even though I could clearly see it. This practice not only disrupts the workflow for staff but also creates confusion and frustration for customers, especially those expecting a quick and efficient pickup experience. It also causes delays and can result in food being served cold. I order extra steak and it appears incomplete.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. The entrance was wet and dirty, which poses a clear safety hazard. Additionally, I noticed several flies inside the dining area, which is unacceptable in a food establishment.

Lastly, a female staff member confronted me rudely when I briefly set up my phone at the utensil stand to record myself eating for a few seconds. Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive, and the situation could have been handled more respectfully.

Overall, this location needs serious improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Waited 25min after getting here for a pick up order placed on line. While we waited for the back to finish multiple orders the entire front staff sat there holding a personal conversation the entire time instead of attempting to speed things up so we didn’t have to wait as long. This happens every time and quite frankly I’m done come here and anywhere else that is being ran by a bunch of teenagers.

This location is terrible. So many items missing when everything should be ready by opening time, if not, fine but write a disclaimer note on the door so ppl don’t waste their time waiting in line. And the attitude of some employees is like they don’t care.. like they’re just there to collect a quick pay check. Have pride in your CUSTOMER SERVICE job or find another job that brings you passion.

Issue after issue. Placed order via Chipotle app. I received someone else’s order with the same first name.. HOWEVER our last names were different. Could have been the Dasher’s fault or could have been Chipotle’s employees fault for not double checking and just handing out the order. Who knows. Took about 1 hour and a half to recieve my CORRECT order. My Dasher was waiting for my order at Chipotle for 20 MINUTES. Finally order arrives. Upon opening my bowl, there was a HAIR in my food and no salsa in the bowl (although I ordered salsa) and I requested “extra veggies”, and I got 6 lousy pieces of bell peppers.. I’ve gotten more veggies before without asking for ‘extra’. Pictures for proof. Not sure what’s going on today August 19th, with the employees but I paid too much for this many things to go wrong. Employees would care more if it was their time and money wasted.

I’m very disappointed with my doordash order. I asked for chicken but received steak, which I don’t eat. My bowl was also missing black beans and queso, and the portion size was extremely small. None of my customizations were followed. Not worth the price at all.
