I asked about the drinks she ordered us and the gentleman working the drive through window told me they had already poured the drink out that we ordered and insisted we take a drink that we did not want. I asked him about a refund and he told me I needed to request it online. That was just the beginning.
After getting home and attempting to eat- the chips were burnt and the way we ordered our food was completely disregarded. None of it was right. And the food tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The tacos were the worst. And no I’m not exaggerating. The main priority appeared to be leaving. Customer service meant nothing to them. If you want good food from Chipotle, this is not the place you want to visit. Trust. And they must’ve been trying to get rid of the lettuce or thought we were rabbits. I’m not sure.
At this location, my food was served cold even though I had just placed the order. Mobile and Uber Eats orders are not handled properly. Instead of being placed on the designated pickle shelf for in-store pickup, my order was left sitting in the kitchen. I had to cut in line and ask for it, even though I could clearly see it. This practice not only disrupts the workflow for staff but also creates confusion and frustration for customers, especially those expecting a quick and efficient pickup experience. It also causes delays and can result in food being served cold. I order extra steak and it appears incomplete.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. The entrance was wet and dirty, which poses a clear safety hazard. Additionally, I noticed several flies inside the dining area, which is unacceptable in a food establishment.
Lastly, a female staff member confronted me rudely when I briefly set up my phone at the utensil stand to record myself eating for a few seconds. Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive, and the situation could have been handled more respectfully.
Overall, this location needs serious improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Issue after issue. Placed order via Chipotle app. I received someone else’s order with the same first name.. HOWEVER our last names were different. Could have been the Dasher’s fault or could have been Chipotle’s employees fault for not double checking and just handing out the order. Who knows. Took about 1 hour and a half to recieve my CORRECT order. My Dasher was waiting for my order at Chipotle for 20 MINUTES. Finally order arrives. Upon opening my bowl, there was a HAIR in my food and no salsa in the bowl (although I ordered salsa) and I requested “extra veggies”, and I got 6 lousy pieces of bell peppers.. I’ve gotten more veggies before without asking for ‘extra’. Pictures for proof. Not sure what’s going on today August 19th, with the employees but I paid too much for this many things to go wrong. Employees would care more if it was their time and money wasted.
