This location was extremely unclean during my visit. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing with garbage and trays. I asked to speak with a manager, and an associate claimed she was the manager. I asked her to take a look at the trash bins, and when she saw the mess, she went silent for a moment before saying they hadn’t had time to clean because they were “busy.”

At that point, there were only two other customers in the store, and more than six employees working behind the counter. There was no rush, no line—just a clear lack of attention to basic cleanliness and responsibility. As per the food it was good the only thing i tried the Honey Chicken, however the associate failed to mention SPICY HONEY CHICKEN. Very disappointing experience.

I love Chipotle and going in-store never fails. The food is always fresh and the experience is great. However, the online ordering service has been extremely disappointing. Multiple times now, I’ve received the completely wrong order.

While support is always helpful and compensates with rewards (which I appreciate), the issue continues to happen. At this point, it feels less like a one-time mistake and more like a recurring problem with online order accuracy.

I really hope this can be addressed, because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle and would love to be able to rely on online ordering the same way I can rely on the in-store experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location since it opened because of the consistent cleanliness of the prep and serving areas. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I placed a carry-out order, and when I got home and opened my bowl, I found a piece of blond hair tangled in my guacamole . I immediately covered the bowl, returned to the restaurant, and explained what happened.

The cashier’s response was very nonchalant—she didn’t apologize and simply said, “We can make you another.” I declined and requested a refund, while also suggesting that hairnets be worn for better hygiene.

What made this even more concerning is that I was able to identify the staff member whose hair it likely was, as she was the only one with that hair color. She was serving food without a hairnet, and her hair was hanging forward outside of her cap while preparing food for me and other customers.

It’s frustrating when employees forget the importance of both food safety and customer service in this industry.

Busy location with nice employees but the food was not that great considering what you get. Over 12 bucks for a burrito with a lot of rice? Also, the dining area is bare bones and could use a good cleaning.

I don’t know when the executives of Chipotle are going to actually make a change but the portions that we receive for the amount that we spend especially on the protein side is ridiculous even with double protein my burrito bowl doesn’t even fill up the bowl completely. you get two bites worth of protein, maybe three. The food is good flavor, wise most of the time, but the portions are appalling.

Never in my life have i even feel the need to add lettuce to my bowl but i did it so it wouldn’t look so depressing. I removed the lettuce for the picture. The guy that started preparing my bowl put so little protein and beans that when the bowl was passed to the next person she came back to the protein and added some more because she even noticed how little of food he was serving. I could’ve asked for more but thats the thing some i shouldn’t have to ask for a little more every single time.

It’s 8:25 and they don’t close until 10:00 and they are out of food. Actually, they aren’t out, they just don’t have any to make an order if you come inside. I asked for carne asada, because I saw a worker cutting some up, but they told me I couldn’t have that, so okay I will just get the steak, the container for the fajita vegetables was empty and I saw some on the grill being cooked, so I asked for some of those and the rude employee told me I couldn’t have those either. I asked for the manager and when she came over and I asked her about them, she turned to another employee to translate, she didn’t even speak English. The answer that was translated back to me was that the meat and vegetables I saw were for any mobile orders that come in and not for walk in guests. That is utterly ridiculous. They need someone to come in and straighten this store out.

1/6 Thought I would try again, but nope, no fajita veggies or lettuce, once they run out on the line, they do not replace, even though they have 2 hours until closing time. I guess their management doesn’t care enough about the customers to try to take care of the issues.

So the service at this location was HORRIBLE! Then finding a place to sit with kids was not a option unless it was outside. “Manager” did want any tables available aside from high bar style tables. Everything was closed or not available. Then the salsas were so watered down it was ridiculous. The server had the worst attitude like she HATED what she was doing. Then there’s a person in the back spraying cleaner on the walls with the cook top right underneath. Which I’m reality didn’t even matter since they weren’t even making anymore food at 6 pm when they are open till 10.

Ive been here multiple times and everytime i come they skip on the portion sizes. I pay near 15$ for half a bowl, this is ridiculous. I would highly recommend skipping on this location

This is highway robbery! Paid over $10 for this bowl, why do these employees act like the ingredients are coming out of their paycheck?! This is about as much food in the Taco Bell Chicken Power Bowl for $6.
