I ordered quesadillas twice in a row recently, and both times the portions were much smaller than usual. The filling barely had no protein inside which was pretty disappointing.
I really like the food and order often, so I just wanted to flag this in case there’s been an issue at that location.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this deserves attention. This Chipotle is busy and well-run, but our to-go order was a major disappointment. The portion size was shockingly small — clear shrinkflation. If the serving size has been reduced, at least use a smaller bowl so customers don’t feel shortchanged. Presenting a half-empty bowl after paying full price is unacceptable.

This location has gone down tremendously. They have started cutting the chicken pieces in half even if you pay for extra chicken. The food is horrible. I had stopped going a while ago because the food went down so bad. Today was the last straw and I will never go. I found a long string of in my food. I only went because my daughter is home from college and she wanted it. Never again!!! Chipotle restaurants have gone down big time!!!

I ordered a double protein bowl online during their free double protein special and came to a packed inside store and a drive-thru around the corner.

The staff looked serious overworked, but when my food came out, the chicken was steamy, the pico was fresh, and the rice was soft. It was perfect.

If you think fast food places are beyond good expectations, I hope you take it from me that the gamble CAN be worth it. Thank you to Jose and Arturo in the drive-thru who made my peak

This location is poorly managed. Several occasions have proven to be less than chipotle standards. Today they had no shredded cheese and did not let customers know until you are picking your toppings. They had no kid portion chips for the kid meal because they had no kid bags to put the chips in. Clearly ingredients and materials are not ordered on time. Staff was rude and did not offer solutions. The manager on duty is not ready for this job. The manager of the location is not ready. More training is required. The location is in an area that is high traffic for the business yet the establishment is underperforming. I will never personally go back. I will tell all of my family, friends, and neighbors. Health code violations are clearly visible. Be aware of risk for undercooked poultry.

I placed an order and arrived before the pickup time, so I expected to wait. A tall, slender/average size young lady comes to the window (I think her name is Camelia). I’ve seen her before at the drive up window and she is always rude with zero customer service skills. There was no greeting. She asked whats the name. I told her and she didnt see the bag so she said your order is being worked on. She walked away. My order was not being prepared. About 2 min later a shorter Hispanic lady comes and asks my name and I told her my order was never prepared. She shook her head (indicating that her co worker should have fixed the order) and started preparing it. The owner and manager has had ample time to observe Camelia’s nasty attitude towards customers. She literally lied and walked away to avoid making the order while she did nothing. I will no longer be spending money here and will be reporting this location to the BBB.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars, 1 star is too much of a compliment for this pathetic restaurant. I placed an order today (February 12, 2026) on DoorDash. Even though the standard has dropped in recent times, I still order from here from time to time.

I went to pickup my order and the first thing the rude lady at the window said was “oh we gave your food to someone else”. When she realized what she said, she tried to spin the story around which I wasn’t buying. Then she proceeds to take my order AGAIN at the window and pretends not to understand my accent. She went on to say she was working on my food and so I believed and went ahead to park waiting in my car.

After waiting for a while, I walked inside and showed them my phone AGAIN!! The lady started dishing out other people’s orders and told me she was still working on mine. Again I was patient and I waited. After a while, some clown who I believe is supposed to be the “manager” walked up to me and asked to show him my order and he started taking it again talking about “I’m gonna cook it now” and that’s when my patience went out and I demanded a refund. Only for him to tell to go through DoorDash and I can leave if I want.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place is pathetic and mediocre (and that’s putting it very mildly). The staff there is nothing to write about and I won’t even waste my time addressing them. Of course, I didn’t get a refund so I went to the McDonald’s down the street to get food.

Every negative review about this place is right, like I said I wish I could give it 0 stars. Never seen such horrible customer service (again, that’s putting it very mildly). Chipotle will NEVER get my money again. The next step I’m taking will be to report this place to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my visit to your Spring Green location on January 19, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM.

I placed an in-store order for a bowl to go. While ordering, I was informed that the main service line did not have brown rice available. However, I clearly observed that the online order line did have brown rice prepared and available at the same time.

I asked whether brown rice from the online order line could be used for my order and was told no. The explanation given was that it was “for another paying customer.” This response was frustrating and did not make sense to me, as I was also a paying customer standing in the store ready to place my order.

If brown rice was available in the restaurant, I do not understand why it could not be used to fulfill my order, or why online orders were prioritized over in-store customers. The situation made me feel that my business was less important, which is disappointing.

I am bringing this to your attention because I believe consistency and fairness in customer service are important. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer experience moving forward.
