Did a to go order on 12/23, the service was good but when I got home I grabbed my bag of chips. There’s barely anything in their. I was able to reach in and grab all the chips with one hand. Just go to the grid its like 2 minutes up the road

I just can’t justify as my 2nd time ever at a Chipotle paying $25 for a decent size bowl of food. A classy restaurant sure 25 bucks but not a place in the boonies without a good atmosphere either. Employees were great or I’d have given less stars.

Lunch time there is usually no problem. But I just came in a 5pm. No customers. Got in line and was told there was no chicken and that they had just started cooking. Had to get beef and still paid full price. Other people came in and were very upset. We expect better.

Rice hard? Always out of napkins? Manager always on her phone? This chipotle really suck and just might be the next thing to close in the Grid! Do better if you want better service and better rice go to the chipotle on Main!

I often don’t read reviews for places close to us, but I definitely need to get better about it after today. I’m not a huge huge Chipotle fan, but I had a taste for it and decided to stop by the Stafford location.
Right away I noticed several of the food tubs were nearly empty — especially the grilled veggies and barbacoa. I tried the new carne asada that’s being advertised, and it was SOO DRYYY, I was still chewing it in the car afterward. I asked the lady at the counter if they would be making more barbacoa since there was only a scoop or two left, and she said no. When I asked again if they could make more, she said, “Ma’am, it’s okay to say no,” basically implying I didn’t have to eat there — and she was right.
No need to argue or get upset. If someone doesn’t want to serve you, take the hint and take your money to the next place.

Horrible service. Though I got a notification that the order was ready for pickup & it was behind the counter (but not on the pickup shelf), plus there were people in the front who were extremely unhelpful crowding behind the pickup shelf who did not even acknowledge me nor that any orders were ready. Honestly, they were on their phones.

The food, service, atmosphere and cleanliness is always spot on. There’s usually a guy that opens the door for you and sell you candy as a dessert. What other restaurants do that? Awesome!

This Chipotle be giving out low portions like it’s the great depression again. I should’ve busted out the 4K video camera to record my food being made so they could’ve given me just a bit more. Especially for the price. (P.S the bathroom code is 47040#)

This review is for management or the owner if they read these. I came into this location at about 12:50pm today which is Sunday, September 28, 2025 to order two steak quesadillas to-go. It was ridiculous to have the staff tell me with big smirks on their faces that I have to order it online or else it’s not available eventhough I have successful placed this same order in person at various other locations. I thought they were joking at first but they were dead serious. I decided to just go to another location that was on my way where I was able to successfully order these items in person without any ands, ifs or buts. I don’t know if it’s a training issue or if they just do whatever they want but I will never ever come back to this location ever again. These 3 employees that I interacted with are costing you money.
